I thought that was the whole idea of racing. Not getting passed and doing the passing yourself. Maybe things have changed now a days. Hey let me let you pass me. I'll just slow down so you can.

Dont forget also have a car that is better then everyone elses with in the confines of the rules.
I don't aim to please.
I aim to hit the target.

If his last name were Smith, Jones etc., these people would be claiming how great he is. Go figure!
(P.S. not a Swindell family fan..but...a racing fan who appreciates talent!)
I LEARNED ESP FROM MY MOM
"PUT YOUR SWEATER ON: DON'T YOU THINK I KNOW WHEN
YOU'RE COLD?"

My reading is just fine. Plenty of passing back in the field. If it was one lane how did the others pass people? Guess the blocking stopped with Sammy. But I would say catching someone and passing them is two different things.

Pretty hard to cheat when there's no rules for the chili bowl in the first place!

At this point in his career, he should be competing for Cup championships. He runs(wins) the Chili Bowl every year, and select ARCA and Busch races with some success, but not dominate. Owners would love to have him but he just doesn't have the personality and likeability for owners to invest in, way too much baggage. Kid is just too much of a spoiled baby and Sammy needs to "cut the cord" and let him take care of himself. Remember a few years back when Sammy got in the King's face because he and Kevin bumped on the track? I choke slam was delivered if I remember correctly. Below are just a few more examples. His future is in sprint car/midget racing that his family has 100% control of. I am a big fan of Kevin's and always enjoy watching him race, been watching him since he started racing go-karts.
