And, please keep in mind that Sammy had to beat Steve for 99% of his WoO victories. Steve did not have to beat Sammy for a lot of his WoO victories...

All this writing about Steve with or without Karl.Wonder how many wins Karl would have now if had wrenched and driven his car too,I would say a lot of them. Did you ever watch and I mean just watch Karl when Steve was out on the track especially in his heat and pre feature hot laps,most of the time he would be headed back to the pit after only a lap or two he knew his business and still does,he saw things no saw with his cars,lots of things,but sometimes I saw them run all night w/o taking the hood off the car and sometimes only change just one tire,thats when you just knew you were beaten.
