the team is based in ohio. they are not running a posse schedule.
even your fellow posse fan slinks 51 said stevie is not really posse this year, he is more like an invader.
you need to just stick to claiming imported drivers.
by the way if you look on another thread i was willing to give you guys stevie, darrah and wolfe but one of your buddies threw them under the bus in favor of pitman. LOL!
PS. nice to see stevie get high points. that team has been through some ups and downs trying to get itself positioned for an outlaw run next year.
|
Dude, did you expect me to change my decision on who's Posse based on who's higher in points???? It's not even a discussion that Pittman is Posse.
The 19 team is based out of PA, same car owners as Rahmer. But he's independent. Not really Posse, you could stretch it I suppose and say he's Posse but I wouldn't.
Lasoski is nowhere near Posse, but I would love to see him run okay for John and Peewee.

Haha, cubes is at it again. He tried to claim Shaffer as posse in 2010. Not to throw logic at cube's argument, but let's debunk the "it's not where you're from, its where you race" argument. The 19 has twenty remaining races on the 2012 schedule, only 4 are in central PA, and all 4 are sanctioned races (Tuscarora 50 and National open). He's not a local, even in the zemco car he ran more all star shows than regular central PA events.
|
He ran nearly every TT race and then some in central PA in the 1Z. Posse or not this year, I'd love to see him win the Nats. I can't think of anyone more deserving.

I could care less if the Bandit is considered Posse or not! Central PA is where he learned the trade from one of the best ... his dad! There's nobody else I'd rather see win the $150,000 tomorrow night!! Sucks SPEED isn't carrying it LIVE!!

Chris Luck, Calif owner. DDNi, Calif based sponsor, Chaired by Chris Luck. CL Motorsports was always "Chris Luck" first. Rene North, team manager, CFO and founder of DDNi, is also from Calif.
|
The "C" is Clemens. the "L" was Luck. If I am not correct, Luck is no longer has any involvement in the team. Wholey owned by Clemens now. Cali ain't got nothin to do with it anymore.

the 19 is based out of ohio. that is where their shop is. the 19 team is not a part of the 51 team even though they share clemens as listed owners. they are team mates in that respect.
i never wanted you to change your mind about who was posse. i just wanted you to confirm who wasn't so there was no trying to sneak someone in after the fact. you posse fans are good at trying to claim someone that does good. i also i wanted to confirm meyers is cali. thanks for that by the way.

the the guy that manages the team and is listed as president is from cali. i'm pretty sure the bills get paid from cali, but i can't say that is a fact.
i have no problem calling stevie posse. in my opinion the nationals is not about what series you run, it is about where you came from. where you grew up and learned to race. that is why i laugh when the posse fans want to claim pitman and walker and whatever other imported driver happens to be racing in their neck of the woods at a particular time.
i'm sure oklahoma would like to claim pitman.

Who cares where he is from other than he was born & bred & learned the art in Posse land. Just get a well deserved win. Second twice in the big one, time to take the big $$$'s & trophy home!!!
1 of the classiest drivers ever. Never speaks bad about anyone & takes everything in stride.

I am pretty sure the bills are being paid by Clemens. I didn't say anything about the the whole Posse vs. The World debate. Not sure about any listings or such, but I am pretty sure that the Clemens' are totting the freight, from what I hear from folks that would know.
As far as Pittman.....hired gun, driving a PA car. But we welcome him.

Cubic, Now you know Stevie is no longer Posse, just like Lucas Wolfe and Cody Darrah. Other than YOU, the true Pa Posse fans knew Tim Shaffer wasn't Posse either. You continue to give the majority of Posse fans on this board a BAD RAP. I hope for a safe race tonight in Knoxville.

This whole thread was being talked about on the prerace radio show here at Knoxville. The general feeling was that it was absurd to call Stevie posse, but I trust in Cubes. He's never wrong haha.
