stands were full.
since it was an away race and santa maria doesn't use transponders, i am not sure when samantha at ocean speedway will have official finish and points posted so i can put them on the ocean sprints site. i have the hand written A main results from rick albarran though.
tarlton, ronnie day, murphy, BK, rossi, larson, ostheimer, zimmerly, bonnema, willie croft, suggs, sargent, sanders, bud, furr, ricky wright, kurt nelson, davey pombo, katen, cowboy, butler, shawn wright, eliason.
last lap off of turn 4 bud was low with lapped cars in front of him. tommy was on a run up high and bud was trying to get by traffic. bud got into shawn wright trying to get under him before the line and flipped. just hard racing for the win. bud had stalked tommy and got him late in the race and had looked like he was heading for 3 in a row, but tommy was not giving up and when bud got jammed up on the bottom on the last turn, tommy hauled it in for all he was worth and managed to hang onto it. bud knew he was coming and was trying to get by the slower cars but bounced off the left side of shawn wright and flipped.
also by my unofficial calulations just looking at the starting and finishing order it looks like the "Fully Charged with Sun Electric" hard charger is pete murphy coming from 14th to 3rd gaining 11 spots.

final laps video of the taco bravo race at santa maria is uploaded and processing and will be ready for viewing soon on the photo page at www.oceansprints.com. and yes i got the crash! (thank god) just look in the little video player box thing. it should be the first video in line when it becomes available. at least until other vides are uploaded this week.
i have a little info that i will put up on the home page on the site for you guys, but be sure to keep a look out because you know gary thomas will have a heck of a race report to post this week!
give me a day or so to put up a buzz report. i have to think about this one a bit, and the think'in part seems to slow me down!
