It is a rule that crew members are not allowed on the race track. I am just saying it seems like the rules are selectively enforced.
If you have the rule enforce it or get rid of it.
|
Okay, what is the penalty? And, how do you know for a fact that it was or was not enforced? The car was junk. I know Larson was black flagged from a race last year when a crew member entered the track. The car was not damaged by anything, and was completely race ready. I don't believe he was suspended for the next race, nor was the crew member.
So it appears to me the penalty is being black-flagged? In this case, the rule is of no consequence. The car was headed to the hauler. Correct me if I'm missing something.

You just realy hate this sport. You spend so much more effort to tear Drivers and tracks down. If you really enjoyed it, yo might say something positive, not just only look at the shitty side.
I've been going to Husets since 1983, and their were a lot of things to bitch about back in the day, but anything was better than not having it. Now its great. Avaraging over 30 410s every Sunday. So keep bitching, Maybe you could take up the WNBA, it is full of cry babies like you

First off, I want to apologize, I wasn't trying to single you or anyone out. I know that sounds dumb because I put you and other people's usernames in there but it wasn't to personally pick at anyone. The point I was trying to make was, in any of these HL vs. WOO debates I see, I can just look at the username and pretty well know what the message is going to say. I also want to make it clear that you're not wrong in your opinion and neither is Winged/Strawser. Everyone has an opinion and they're entitled to it, I'm not disputing that. The High Limit was started in 2022 (three years ago), they started racing in 2023 (two years ago). You're correct, a message board is about debating "hot topics". But this series was started three years ago, is it really a hot topic anymore? My point is this, you have your opinions (which is totally cool), why do you need to keep repeating yourself? Do you really think Strawser is open minded enough to read your post and say "I hadn't thought about it that way, you have a point". Are you open minded enough to do that?
There's good points on both sides of the argument but at this point I think everything has been said that can be said. I have to think the HL vs. WOO debate isn't a hot topic anymore. I hope something more exciting has happened in sprint car racing in the last three years.
Now on to the real important stuff. Heggies is a good pizza, so is Lotza Motza or however it's spelled (both very similar) but for me the greatest frozen pizza of all time (drumroll please) No longer exists. The greatest frozen pizza ever was a Canadian Bacon Tombstone. Which they still make but instead of the canadian bacon being in slices it's now in chunks, it's just not the same. But Jacks has a good bacon cheeseburger. Here's my thing Heggies and Lotza Motza are more like a pizza you would order from a Pizza Hut or something but if I want that, I'll just order a pizza from Pizza Hut or where ever. I like the Tombstones for a frozen pizza because they're not too messy. Just my opinion and I know it's controversial lol
|
Tombstone & Totino's are OK if you want to save $$$, but you guys in the Midwest are lucky to have Home Run Inn pizza, from an actual restaurant in Chicago. The best, IMHO.... I used to be able to get it in Denver, but it doesn't exist on the East Coast.
The other delicacy you can't get on the East Coast is Pork Green Chile. They never heard of it back East, even at the "Mexican" restaurants. They think you're talking about Salsa Verde... totally different. Its a New Mexico/Colorado thing, basic food staple. Guys from Arizona or California might know what I'm talking about.... ;)

As of tonight Larson will have run as many Outlaw races as HL. So I guess by Friday he'll definately be an outlaw having run more outlaw races than HL.

Larson on team WoO. Even the co-owner of High Limit realized what is the top series.

Guess he has to go to the Outlaw shows for tougher competion to challenge his skill set.
I know a guy that worked at Camel Express too. He says you're just bitterat the world because they threw a big going away party for you, but you weren't invited.

This just in: The Florida Panthers beat the Edmonton Oilers in 6 games Tuesday night. It was their 63rd win this year for the High Limit Panthers against the NHL.
In other news, Oklahoma City will attempt to become only the 3rd High Limit team to win the NBA title tonight at 7:00 when they face the Pacers.
In National news, warm temperatures look to invade much of the United States this weekend, as a warm front, ushered in by the High Limit, looks to overtake the cold air and force it back into Canada. Storms are also predicted during this transition.
In world news, Iran does not appear to be able to propel attacks from Israel. In a statement, the defense minister of Iran said "The High Limit affiliated state of Israel has too much firepower for us to defend successfully."
Does this sound stupid? It should. It's similar to declaring Larson and Day HL drivers.

He won't be a factor Saturday night for the big money. In fact, I'd bet he won't even be in the A feature.

You should go to the races some time. You'd learn a lot. Donnie had an off night and finished 18th In the A feature.Same with Rico, he finished 11th, except he was in the B feature.

Looks like Kofoid the outlaw bested Balog the outlaw, Gravel the outlaw and Larson the outlaw tonight. Why didn't Rico win?

Another big money win for buddy. Nice diversity in top 10. Cream rises to the top. Last 7 knoxville winners and 12 of last 13 between Schatz Larson Gravel and sweet all top 8. 5 woo 3 hl 1 nascar and a posse in top 10. No suprises it shook out that way as it is indicative of the talent in the serieses. Good job Courtney carrying hl to a top 5. Great job by all... looking forward to the next 2 days and seeing who gets the next big check.

Man I wanted Balog to pull that off!! He was very, very good, and in all honesty, probably better than Buddy. Great win for Kofoid, but Balog could have used the extra $75,000 as much as anyone in the pits! Larson was starting to get wound up. Could have been interesting had there been a red or yellow late.

It seems like ever since Bill Balog destroyed that car at the Kings Royal last year he has been quietly running really well.

Using wingedstrawser's logic (lord help me), Buddy has more HL wins than Courtney, Bayston, Randall and many other "high rollers". Are we sure he's not HL?

He's also quietly good at Husets. Most would have viewed a win last night as a huge upset but he's got 5 straight top 10s at Husets and a few top 5s. I'm sure it reminds him a bit of Wisconsin bullrings where horsepower isn't as big a deal.
