There are spelled out procedures in honest, respectable organizations.
If those silly punishments are the published standard for the offense, ok.
You signed up to race with them, you know the rules and procedures they have.
IF the organization is making it up as they go, I hope there is another group the car can go race with, because
the guy handing down this list of stupidity doesn't want them at his races.
