Why?

Allstar race in Missouri?

Yes, 71 already filled that seat with Reinhardt, but it's still 1 less car because he was pre-entered in the 91.  Doubt Rudeen puts someone else in the 26 that went to Grandview.  Due to Indiana Speedweek Swanson out of the Bowman 55 for Hunter and Bacon was 10th in points too I believe will definitely be at Indiana Speedweek, so 6 of the top 10 won't be there including Reutzel, Brown and Courtney added to Macri, Wise and Bacon.

Wise leads the Allstar points and Macri committed to helping the 7bc team win the owner points.

Kofoid not pre-entered either, that would be 7 of top 10 if he is a no show.

26 cars pre-registered.  No DD

Have we reached the Month of Money saturation point?

Have some given up on trying to beat the house ?

Always look on the bright side of life.

And this is what I thought may be the down side of this series. It isn't enough races to where a lot of teams will make High Limit their main focus. But it's enough that running that PLUS fulltime with another series ends up being a huge stretch which may be ok early in the year when everyone is fresh but late in the year, the grind gets real plus all the normal factors come into play with ride changes, equipment management and a plethora of other things. The schedule works great for a cup series driver like Kyle. But for full time teams that race locally or with other series, it really comes down to cramming this into their already busy schedule and a lot of them won't prioritize this series over their regular deal. We're already seeing that with the All Star drivers who were entered. Their main focus is the All Star deal. Danny's main focus is Central PA and he's opting to scrap the High Limit deal in favor of his primary ride. I don't see it getting any better as time goes by. What they're doing adding big races is great, but when I looked at the schedule, I knew they wouldn't sustain the high car counts we saw early on once we got into the busy part of the season. It's just too much for a lot of teams to balance with their primary schedule.

Unless they decide to make this a non points like the one in California this will hurt the series for the rest of the year. These races were not to conflict with other series. I guess the owner and his buddie will take home most of the point money for sure if they don't do that.

Announced that Nick Macri is bringing a second 39M to Grandview tonight for Lance as the main team will be in Missouri with Justin Sanders, racing with the All Stars. Former Greg Hodnett Crew Chief, Ryan Hand will turn the wrenches for Dewease tonight.
