Yet he won 196 races and 13 track championships(3 WG, 5 PR, 4 SG, 1 Sharon) racing against those drivers. The only stat you are looking at is WOO wins. It's called the Nation Sprint Car Hall of Fame, not the World of Outlaws Hall of Fame.

Agree 100%, I was going to say the same, I just didn't feel like reading the  " I speak the truth"  " these are the facts" horse shit. if he claims to have been at the port as much as he said was when tthere was a cushion every Saturday night then he is very familiar with the 11,1,5,88 parked in VL. The point is you don't have a vote. People that know the sport do. All you have is an opinion. 

Your logic is based on what you think it should be not what it was intended for. So answer the question does Ray Tilley deserve to be in or not. Simple question yes or no? No national wins so what is it all knowing everything Sprint car?

Todd Schaffer deserves to be in. Remember this, he did race against all the best racers pa had, and you know what ? He beat them all. He won track championships against the best, enough said.

There's plenty of guys in there who's "stats" you would have a problem with. What about Kramer you saw him race right?  In your thinking URC doesn't count right just the big dawgs your so in love with.

I was looking back through some of the inductions into the HOF and it took Mark Kinser 9 years to make it in after he stopped racing in 2005 with over 150 WOO wins. So the theory that  it's about WOO wins doesn't hold water. Sorry Strawser. I think it may have something to do with actually being offically nominated. This was the first year Shaffer was offically nominated and he was on the final ballot. I would be surprised if this wasn't the case with Mark Kinser and he was elected on the first time, which would make sense.

I'll make this easy for even you, go ask the drivers he competed against in probably the toughest era in Central Pa Rahmer,Dewease,Kreitz ECT or ask Bryan Householder who knows more than you will ever know. Todd Shaffer ABSOLUTELY belongs in the HOF.  He's top 5 in total wins in what was one of the most competitive ages of Central Pa. racing.  It's not even an argument.
