Allstars have been more fun than WoO this year, IMHO...
|
I agree with you 100%. Almost every All Star race that I have seen or attended has been spectacular

Well I fell for the Flo Racing scam where they lure you in with a monthly subscription, then charge you for a full year.
Dammit.
|
AND, if you bought it through Apple or anywhere besides Flo themselves, just try to get a refund. It says all over the site that you can cancel at any time. I did as I am at the track every week and I cannot get verification on whether my account is cancelled or not. I just keep being told that I can watch until my anniversary of purchase date. Good luck unless you keep it.

Email them tomorrow... (Not on the help email). If u tell them you made a mistake I guarantee you they will fix it pronto!
Same thing happened to me in frickin April... Now I wish I would have kept the annual ! (6 months ago!) Well worth it! Been almost nightly!

UNLESS you bought it from a 3rd party platform such as Apple etc. THEN, all they tell you is that you have to take it up with them. I got nowhere. Good luck

Absolutely ! The races and the competition have been fantastic. I wonder if the 2021 King's Royal (assuming there is one) will be an ASCoC race or a WoO race. I guess that is up to Tony.

On the down side, the crowd looked pretty thin and the car count looked to be down- I'd say it looked to be 48 cars tops.
|
Haha. Keep up the good work Murphy.
I noticed some empty bleachers too. The NFL has gotten real good at showing the field on TV but not the (empty) bleachers. They have a couple years of experience though.....

I got snookered also. Must have been some really small print somewhere. However, I thought the production was very well presented, at least as well as DirtVision. With the upcoming races, the $150 has been well spent.

IMO a much better value than DirtVision. It's every bit as good, offers more variety, and a fraction of the price.
|
I think the average fan does not know how much Dirtvision is bringing in each month. They have well over 10,000 monthly subscribers....I will let you guys all do the rest of the math.
Flo is a huge online platform, hence can offer that price.
For it being 2020, live PPV sucks. the best as far as crystal clear picture goes is Lucas Oil. The rest are 95% of the time watching something just a little hazy.
But hey that could be the Sex Panther.

Absolutely $150 well spent, but don't expect the same production values for all events.
I was particularly disappointed with their 2020 Hoosier 100 coverage. One camera and no replays.

He used his engine up in his heat race, didn't have an extra engine on site. He should be back tonight.

I fell for that same thing! I tried to cancel the subscription so that I could rejoin monthly but the cancellation only takes effect at the end of the one year subscription! Having said that, there is lots of good content so its not the end of the world, but, it does seem like a slimey way to do business.

I don't see how you could possibly say DirtVision was too much at $39.99 per month. Having said that, Flo is awesome value as well, and their app makes it alot easier to casually watch their content.
Once DV gets their long-awaited app, I think people will realize how much content they actually have. NY Super Dirt Series modified tour is coming to DV in 2021.

Both are great, agreed. When I'm not at the track, I'm usually running around in circles with daily life events, kid's sporting events, honey-do lists, etc. So, for me, I like to have the ability to pop on and off at my leisure and do the best I can to catch the Feature at the very least. If I find myself with extra time, I can watch an entire night. With the monthly/yearly subscriptions for both, I can watch, or not watch whatever I want. I think they are both a great value as you said.

Well Stawser, better turn it off for the night. Tony just announced they are going to try to get the track to slick off faster and be a bit racier tonight. Better go find some YouTube videos of F1 time trials.
