No no no he does not need to be in the WOO. He just got parked at LaSalle MOWA show for junking Triplett and someone else, and I do mean junk. 2 people lost cars. He is an outstanding local talent, was average regional talent (NSL) and a realistic 15-18 finisher consistanltly with WOO if he makes the show. yes he had a good weekend, yes he won his home track  at Beaver Dam against 12 outlwas and a weak ira field, but i believe he would be the first to tell you he is not WOO full time mmaterial. Not a hater, just being realistic, was happy to see him have the weekend he did at charlotte.

I could not disagree more.  Bill is one of the nicest and cleanest guys racing.  And for his success he is very respectful that the guys he's racing with in IRA don't have the budget to repair wrecked cars.  He himself runs lower budget, meaning when he races regionaly or even nationally with NSL, All Stars, WoO or whatever he has to be careful with his stuff.

I would love to see Bill in a car where he can just drive as hard as he wants.
