now wouldn't that be cool. let's pick a 1/4 mile track somewhere in the middle of the nation. we could get Kasey or Tony to promote some ungodly amount to win, say, 100k and turn em loose!
have it at the end of the year when everyone is dialed in, with a a chit load of seat time. what a draw i say!
two night show, three night show? run whatver tire u desire!
how much would promoting a show like that run, any estimates?
chime in ya'll, what say you? track? bigger purse? what?
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Good idea, but make it a 3/8 mile track. PA has but only one or 2 1/4 mile tracks, but 410's haven't raced on them in a decade or so and have never, that I'm aware of, been a regular stop for the 410's.

Isn't there a track out in west Kansas? That would be a good central point. Ofcourse the Posse guys would probably get lost once they cleared Ohio! (lighten up Posse folks...just a stab at those who say Posse cars don't travel!)

Better make it in Western Pa considering that Posse haulers are illegal in 49 states and, as soon as anyone from Cali discovers that they have any talent, they bolt for greener pastures...:)
Three race weekend to include...Lernerville, Roaring Knob and Bedford...
Opinions may vary...

Isn't there already a track in Iowa that holds some sort of big 4 night race for an ungodly amount of money? Purse is right around a million $.
I know its a 1/2 mile but a lot of the California boys still seem to do better there than the Posse does. Some boy from ND seems to have the joint figured out though.

US 36 on Friday, the big flat half mile at Sedalia, Mo on Saturday and either Tri City speedway in Granite City, IL or I55 at Peevely for the finale...
Since the reconfiguration, that track in Granite City/Pontoon Beach is one badass racey SOB regardless of what type of car is there....so that would be my vote for any kind of race anywhere....plus it's only a 3-4 hour drive for me to get there.
Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

I like the Idea of a race during the Nationals between the Cali. Clique and the PA. Posse, winner takes all braging rights for the season. I'm from Iowa so it would be entertaining for me to see a race against two regions thousands of miles apart.

I'd take wildcards TK, Larson and Meyers over the Posse at most tracks around the country. But the top 10 in Central PA points certainly looks a little deeper. Tommy Tarlton should be right behind Golobic in wildcards.

I like this idea of a CA.vs.Pa. race. If the race was at the Knoxville Nationals, or the day after, we would have a chance at getting a good carcount from both areas. Y'all know which region I would be pulling for. LOL

Oh darn. I thought you guys were talking about sprint cars not winged modifieds. Does PA have any real sprint cars with 410s ? We have a lot of 410 sprints in Cali . You know them things without a wing on them .
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.
