Just read that he will be driving for Smoke beginning in 2014.

Yeah, that "blood thing" will come in to play at RCR next year. I think Kevin is very wise to make the move. He's still a good driver.

Those two dumb ass grandsons of R.C. will cause the downfall of RCR,mark my words,its already started with inter team fighting about stuff and Harvick is smart to get his ducks lined up now,its not hard to figure out but as smart as RCR you would think he would have farmed them two critters out to someone else and let them use the other guys money to learn how to race.Two of the biggest silver spooned whiners to come down the pike and their Daddy is almost smart as an ox.Duh! he needs to learn how to speak,only the stump jumpers in their neighborhood can understand that mush mouth,if you can't talk clearly there goes the sponsors I don't care who you are,even if you are Matt Dillion or Festus andRichard sure has all three of them Festus types in house now. thats how I see it and hear it!!!!!

agreed 100%. they are famous, their "papa" is filthy rich, their goes RCR, but who cares anyway right?
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Lots of "silver spoon" kids/now adults in Napscar. Look at the surname of the results of a Nascar race and you see a lot of names from the 60s. Say, Jr wouldn't be a silver spooner would he?

I just checked every race winner and everybody who finished in the top 30 in points from 1960-1969.
The only connection I found was that Ralph Earnhardt finished 17th in Cup points running a partial schedule in 1961.

i don't see them running the black 3 on a regular basis.
also childress has never said they won't run the number 3.
he has said they don't plan on running the stylized number 3.
but you never know.
