I have my subscription to both Flo and DV and will watch at least 50% of WoO and HL races this year with no discrimination---enjoy both shows and their talent pools.  Those of you that are diehard WoO haters and HL worshipers still believe the HL has the upper hand on talent in 2026 when it comes to drivers racing for the championships?  If so, IMO, you're completely delusional.  In the past years, I would at least entertain the thought that the WoO was more top-heavy but the HL had more depth in the field.  This year, there's no contest.  WoO hands down.  Ruetzel has an outside shot of winning the HL title.  Ruetzel wouldn't finish top-3 with the Outlaws for sure, and breaking the top-5 would be tough.  Rico?  He'd have to improve to break the top-3 in Outlaw points.  Gravel, Buddy, and Carson don't have bad runs unless they wreck or get wrecked.  Sheldon continues to figure out how to put a car back in the hauler with a 10th place finish vs. wrecking while going for 9th.  Donny is a wild card this year with a new ride and a fresh start.  Logan rounds out a very impressive top-6 guys.  Axsom will likely have a learning curve, but will win races.  Balog will win races again.  Rounding out the top-10 in my book would be Bayston and Torgerson.  Not exactly powerhouse drivers competing for the title, but a pretty stout 9th and 10th.

Just my opinion.  Welcome to debate.....  ;)

PS---If HL wins tonight, or this whole weekend for that matter, my opinion won't change when considering the next 9 months.

To be honest, I pay for the Flo membership, and my son pays for DV.

ps hedging your bets for a Rico clean sweep? ;)

I really don't care which series-or any series- has the "best drivers", as long as there is good racing. Good racing means passing.

I like both series and I have both subscriptions. I would say the top 5 talent is pretty equal for both series. We will see who is the best in 10 months when we tally up the bank deposits.

The world of outlaw racing was really good tonight. Great to see Donny back on form and I hope it holds through the season. Finally, that was some grade A pro-level world of Outlaw fanboy stuff right there! You always preface it with making yourself sound neutral, and then you consistently fanboy the world of outlaws every time you post on the matter. You're not fooling anybody. Whatever floats your boat, you do you fanboy!

Nope.  I enjoy both.  Can't get on the "hate everything Outlaw" bandwagon however.  I think it's dumb to discard what they've done for this sport.  But it's only an opinion.  You're welcome to have yours.  Both organizations doing what they have to do.  Hope and pray it continues to work out for both when the times get tough.

I'll invite you over when HL is on Flo, and we can sit and watch a race.  Otherwise, you'll just have to take my word for it I guess.  ?

Yeah... I don't get the Hate the WoO thing either. It's all good. Especially if I can come home after work in Feb, flip on my TV and there's some hard-core 410 racing on, nothing for me to hate about that. I don't care much whether it's the world of outlaws or high limit.

I'm for both series because I believe there are enough high quality 410 teams out there AND the nation is big enough for HL to be in one part of the country on a Sat night and WoO in another part of the country.

Now if one of those series starts attacking the other, doggin the other with smart a$! digs etc etc... I'll be out on that series.  Yeah that may be business, but I won't have to like their business model

Each should respect the other.

The WOO is not only game in town. The top talent is close to equal . When they are both racing if timing is right you can watch both feature . Chase is doing a good job for HL although not all agree Johnny is still one of the best. The fans are the winners and also the lower tier of good racers benifit from  having  a chance to cash better check as We need every car to make full fields.Last year the strenght of the WOO fan base showed in the numbers in attendance. I assume the peomoters have to be receving extra compensation from streaming as impossible to pay some of the higher purses.

Well, I appreciate the invite but I can watch HL from the comfort of my home. Yeah IL is about a 700 mile drive, if I travel back out that way it will be for midget racing most likely. I do love the short tracks out there, been to Fairbury, Jacksonville, and Lincoln. Still not sure about hanging out with you at a race though, lol.

I am surprised no one moved really other than the 55 squad. Seems like with all the money being pumped in that High Limit would have picked up a top team.

I pretty much agree... more chances to see races live & on Internet, more chances for teams to win (& spend) $$$... whats not to like?

I don't even care if they diss each other (so far they haven't, really)

People have this tendency to form groups & pick sides, no big deal, its (supposed to be) in fun

As long as nobody gets killed or badly hurt, have at it
