It was second start in a ride that has never won a feature. By this time next year Lance will have multiple wins at Port and the Grove and this mental midget will still be hating when he doesn't win but silent when he does.

What are you talking about? I've seen him win at Port plenty of times....

He has taken rides that weren't winners before and won in them and will do it again.

I dont usually agree with 99 percent of Strawsers post but he is spot on LD not winning much at Port you have to run the outside at least at some point on the majority of nights and LD will not venture anywhere past the lower middle of the track!

Well that depends on who will be there on Saturday nights. The Stehman team with Borden sounds like they want to travel more, I can't see Macri being there weekly with the new series starting. I mean who's gonna be winning the races? To think Dewease forgot how to run Port or can't win there anymore is foolish.

Thats exactly what I said genius and from what the owner said they are gonna run most Saturday nights so how is that cherry picking? If all your gonna do is hate at least make your own point.

I should have been more specific lol. He'll have at least one win at both tracks. I'm not saying he's gonna be the Lance of old but he will win in this ride.

you're missing the point about how impressive it is that dewease can win at port WITHOUT running the top.  he's the only guy that can do it.  '23 was a throw away year because of what happened with the 69k.  if i'm using this site right...his worse finish at port in '22 was 9th with 2 wins...

not a bad year for somebody who doesn't run there every week.  he had 2 wins in '21 with 2nd place finishes in the 50 and the first night of the nittany showdown.

You're both correct. Port is usually one dominant lane around the outside. You can pick a corner and run the bottom but to do it lap after lap most nights, especially on open track, is all but impossible if you want a chance to win. Since they reconfigured the corners and added banking to the top side, it's just too slow. You gotta scrub off so much speed. That said, Lance has won a few races in the past 3 years running the middle and bottom. No one else has done better at it than he has since they changed the track. So Port is definitely not in his wheelhouse like it was previously but he can still pull it off sometimes and definitely does it better than anyone else.

Lance has 7 Tuscarora 50 wins

Losing Davey Brown Sr. Is going to be an uphill struggle for Lance.  The 39m will be the car to beat in central pa next year.  Whomever is driving the 69k DBSR setups are not on the hi side of the track.  Nobody runs 3 and 4 better than LD at the groove. In fact, he has proven over his many yrs, get the car to hug the rail and you usually go forward.

Assuming Fred is your #2, interested to why you put Lance ahead of him.  I'd have to really think about it tbh. They're both 1 and 1A for me.
