Hmmm... does anyone go into the 3Z, or does that ride shut down for the rest of the season? If so, that's another PA car that'll no longer be competing.
Best of luck to Zearfoss.

That means one less car at Knoxville and one less for all the Pa. All Star races coming up.
They most likely wont run the 3z as that is a family owned operation.
Surely Brock wants to follow in the footsteps of Brent Marks and make the big show but I dont think the 4 or 7 or what ever number they go with will be successful. Example Lucas Wolfe,David Gravel,Paul Mcmahan amongst others.f

Unfortunately I tend to agree. 7th in All Star Points with a capable driver as PPM isn’t really top notch. The 3Z car, IMO, is a much better car, but I know $ talks. Port this Saturday night would be an A+ spot to shake the car down and see what it can do, since the All Stars are off until after Knoxville.

Didn't see this one coming.... Since he has his own equipment to fall back on it's not a risky move for Zearfoss but his car would do better at Knoxville than the Destiny car in my opinion...If he takes the 4 car to victory lane with the All Stars his stock soars...If he doesn't no big deal because nobody has been able to...Selfishly I was looking forward to watching the 3Z run but I see why he took the ride.

Well Strawser whether or not you or anyone else is right about the track if you go where you know the driver is good it would tell you real quick if the car is good or not.

I don't know why everyone bashes destiny so bad. As someone who likes to watch sprint car racing, I'm glad that team is out there racing we need as many teams as we can get out there running the major series to keep them going. We should all root for destiny to find some success so they keep racing I'm glad they are out there doing it.

Actually don t really care if it folds up with as many people that have tried to make a go of it in that car..Wonder how long it will be before it folds as it was my understanding one of the reasons PPM was in the car was he brought sponsor dollars with him,,,,,

I love watching sprint car racing, but I don’t want to drive all over the country to see it. I can drive 5 min to the Grove, 30 min to Lincoln , and an hour to Port. Major series are going to kill local sprint car racing. There have been many threads on here discussing decreasing car counts in Posse land. Well, it just dropped one more and one of the better teams to boot!!!!

I agree with Easy E WE NEED ALL THE CARS thats why i hate to seethe 3z go away but if he dont lose his sponsors Brock will still have that to go back to if things dont click.
I also think they should run the Grove and Port then head to Knoxville to at least grt a feel for the car.
Stawser Little Freddie slid all the way up to fourth on Saturday when Lance and Deitrich start in the front row where do you think they will finish.

Why would Destiny motorsports pull all the way back to PA just to "shake the car down"? They have the Cappy Classic at Knoxville on Sunday & the Front Row Challenge at Osky on Tuesday which is a big halfmile fairground track like Knoxville. smh

They should run Mansfield 20k to win on August 11th. Brock ran good there last year.

I really wish everyone would just ignore this a$$ clown. Then maybe, he will just go away. Seriously, never reply to him nor respond to him. Just start a new thread. He knows it, he’s an embarrassment to the sport and an embarrassment to himself, and most importantly, an embarrassment to PA Sprint Car Racing. I’m sure the four tracks he has attended could care less that a miserable person like that visits their tracks. Now I know he’s up right now in his basement and will have a snazzy comeback. When he does, end the thread and start a new one. He has no friends on race nights and he’s got no allies on here either. But he still can’t explain the big crowds at Port Royal so far this season. He’ll try, but won’t. Again, ignore ignore ignore so the rest of the PA fans, no matter what track they go to, can have intelligent and factual discussions.

Give it a rest dude. I'm not a fan of Port's surface most of the time including this past week but do you have to hijack every damn thread and make it about Port's track prep? Someone could start a topic about their favorite potato chips and you'd post something about Port's track surface.

No touring series has done as much damage as we have done to ourselves. There's way too many races in Central PA. We start racing in the winter time and by the time the weather warms up enough to where we aren't freezing to death every weekend, we already have almost 3 months of racing done. We need less races that pay more money. It will never happen because all the tracks are too greedy and would never even consider working together on a regional series like that. Throw in the fact that we have 67 different classes of sprint cars and we don't have the teams to support all the races we have here. If anything, the touring series help things out. At least when they come to town, we usually get decent fields of cars because the purses are higher. I don't blame anyone who wants to go on the road and race for purses that aren't stuck in 1986.
