Central PA is anything but weak. You probably know from reading my posts that I despise the 1% of Posse chest thumpers who have given us a bad name as much as anyone but you can't say the competition here is weak because it isn't. Yes our guys are average at best when they leave the porch most of the time but on their home tracks, they're very tough which makes Kyle's accomplishments all the more amazing. Ohio has a ton of good racers and he did the same thing out there. I saw 3 people booing Kyle and being assholes. Everyone else was cool and most people were very happy to see him win. The cheers were very loud each and every time he won. What he did in PA this time around was extremely impressive and I hope he makes it back soon. He's a blast to watch. Same goes for Rico as well.

Had a BIG one hooked but he went down in the weeds & got away (you could tell he was fat when he jumped!)
I'm not that good a fisherman, only do it in memory of my late Father, who loved it.... & when my friend said an Amish guy pulled a 6 pounder out of her pond... I like easy!
Grabbed a reel & rod out of my old man's stash.... think I picked the wrong reel cause it was barely functioning on that big one...ultra light?
Gas City, Indiana tomorrow!

Continued enjoyment on the trip rev. ISW is awesome and lots of people seem to like Gas City.

Thanks. Gas City rained out but Kokomo was great as usual. new backstretch stands are terrific, you can get really high (no pun intended!  ) & see the whole track, ZERO dust
My first trip to Lawrenceburg was fun too, excellent facility, pretty drive down there. It was over by 10:15, got a good headstart on drive back to Connecticut, made it all the way to Zanesville Ohio, start of Appalachians, which I love to drive thru. 11 hr. drive today, back at Mom's (but NOT typing in the basement!)
Starting to make some friends in Indiana, plus plenty of Pa. people there. Even ran into a guy with a sprint car shirt today at Somerset service area on Pa. Turnpike, also coming back from Lawrenceburg
8 days, 5 races, some bass, no complaints!
