I hopes Im wrong but it shore looks like alcohol in jacks hand after the show on Saturday in victry lane with JJ,saw it on facebook,but it mite jus be a water bottel

Buzz - I'm assuming HIPAA doesn't apply to Rutz, being as that he is Canadian. His parents may also have had their legal guardianship reinstated due to his condition.
Personally, I'm crossing my fingers that we just don't have any more injuries that require discussion of their seriousness. I'm tired of seeing my friends get hurt.

i didn't mean to imply the rutz family was breaking any laws or doing anything wrong. just pointing out how crazy it was to bring up HIPAA.
