The fact still remains you didn't even know that they have been running a 15 compound Hoosier for a couple of years. So your credibility is zilch. They have been running a track record 15 compound Hoosier. Rahmer, Lincoln, 2013... Wolfe, Port Royal, 2014... that was already way faster than the Goodyears before it, and now this year they are going to a softer and faster R15. Track record tires equate to car owners continuing to leave the sport. It is as simple as that. No one likes it but it really is as simple as that.

Like I said the Hoosiers they're running now are a harder compound then the good years they were running before.

It really doesn't matter when the last time they ran a softer compound Hoosier.  all that matters is they are now running a harder Hoosier than they have in the past. Since you conveniently managed to completely ignore my last post I guess you don't have any problem with it.

Nice to see that Pubic hasn't changed one myopic bit over these many years. Still a douche to the bitter end.

Because you are wrong. You said they ran a 12 last year when they have been running a 15 since Hoosier took over in 2013. Track records started to fall AS SOON AS Hoosier took over from Goodyear in 2013. They are two completely different tires. Goodyear was a different type of rubber and a much different construction. Goodyear specifically built a new tire to unhook them. Hoosier didn't change as much. Hoosier was stuck harder immediately and this year they went to a even softer R15. The stop watch doesn't lie even if you continue to.

A lot of drivers didn't run well with the Goodyears but they actually unhooked them enough that they were starting to detune the engines to try to hook them up. American Racers would also have fit the bill but the Outlaws got greedy tried to pocket all the tire money themselves so the tracks went back to Hoosier instead. Which also doesn't matter because Hoosier can also easily build a smaller harder stiffer construction tire that would unhook them even more if asked to. Instead they went to a softer tire this year so car owners will continue to throw in the towel.

I haven't changed, but I also didn't say much about the tires in 5 or 6 years because THEY WERE headed in the right direction slowly but surely. All the clowns that don't have a clue what they are talking about definitely haven't changed either.

The Hoosier was stuck too hard, but at least they tried to go smaller and harder. It wasn't for lack of trying. They just didn't go far enough, especially with the construction.

Now they completely went the wrong direction with a softer tire because people bitched about not being able to run the middle out of one side of their mouths and being stuck too hard out of the other. All the while Schatz was winning 26 Outlaw races running through the middle. The late models backed all the way up to a 11" tire and they run all over the track.

Like I've said before, if they're so great and you enjoy it so much, go watch late models. Why watch sprint cars if they make you so miserable?

Here's to hoping they keep batting .500 or worse (Schatz)

Oh, so it was better when Steve Kinser won 2/3 of the races?

That's what everyone keeps saying. They want limited sprints to thrive instead. They want the 410s to go back to the old days without rules, when one car could win from the tail every night. I thought Schatz already fit that bill.

Haven't really used the Outlaws cheat excuse too much.

Other than Gravel blatantly spinning out Stevie Smith for $50,000.

They don't need to cheat. They just change the rules to suit their own budgets instead, like this soft tire deal.

Every series have rules you knuckle head!,

Get over Gravel beating a Posse , posse is over it now it's time for you. It's called racing

and most series have drivers that always dominant

allstars Blaney schaffer a few years back

nascar jimmy jJohnson, Dale Earnhardt, Richard petty

swindells chilly bowl

Top Fuel john force

etc and even when it comes to professional sports.

Sometimes they find things that truly work and no body else knows.takes longer to figure it out.

Steve Kinser did, now D Shitz

Every series does have rules knucklehead... 410, 360, 358 & 305. Meanwhile 10x as many UNLIMITED late models across the country. And yes Schatz would still dominate if the sprint cars went unlimited with a smaller tire... until the circus came to Central PA.

Once again, if sprint cars make you so miserable and you feel late models are where it's at, GO WATCH LATE MODELS. Piss and moan all you want but the rules aren't going to change just because you want them to and people aren't going to stop buying Triple-X chassis just because you don't like them. As far as Schatz only dominating outside of central Pa, are you dilerious, stupid or both? Schatz has done quite a bit of winning in central Pa. In fact, he has 18 career wins at Williams Grove which is more than Brian Montieth and 2 time track champion Jim Nace plus many other big names from the past and present. He also happens to have more National Open wins than anyone does. I don't know the exact figure, but I'll bet his win percentage at Williams Grove is higher than anyone with as many or more starts than he has. Not to mention, all of those wins came in World of Outlaws competition and we all know that Central Pa sees its most talented fields when the WoO are in town. I am a Posse fan through and through and you won't find anyone happier than me when I get to see one of our guys beat the Outlaws but I refuse to ignore the facts and the facts are, the World of Outlaws are the best in the business and Donny Schatz is the best driver on the tour right now and has been for quite some time. 98% of Posse fans know this and will gladly admit it but unfortunately, there's a select few idiotic Posse jock riders such as yourself who give us all a bad reputation by posting nonsensical bullshit on this and other message boards so please, as I stated previously, go watch your precious little late models that you're always raving about. The sprint car fans on this message board won't miss you at all.

Oh great.  Now you've done it.  Now we're going to have to hear how Dewease who won in his XXX at Lincoln this weekend gets free cars, Hodnett who won at Port in his XXX this weekend would never run them, and Westhafer who won at the Grove in his XXX is going to have his chassis fall apart.  3 out of 4 410 races in PA won by XXX ... Cubic is going to hang himself from the Grove walkway bridge.

The fact still remains that very few people actually like the idea of chinese racecars. Most people are just willing to look the other way, especially for a deal. It would have never been allowed to happen years ago. Major series like NASCAR and their sponsors wouldn't allow it to happen today. It's too bad of PR.

And no one likes the idea sprint car racing is split up between a bunch of different engine classes. Most fans would rather just see them unlimited.

SCENE:  Bruce Springsteen concert.  (Anytown, USA)

Bruce:  You know, I've gotten bored singing the same songs, night after night after night.  I've decided to mix it up and redo some of my old titles.  I've retitled this old ditty "The Ballad of CubicDollars".  You'll know the song when you hear it. 1!   2!    1-2-3-4!!

(guitar riff kicks in)

I knew a guy, was sprint car fanboy
Back in high school
He had opinions on everything, yeah
Sure looked like a fool boy
Saw him the other night on this message board
He was signing in, I was signing out

I went back inside, sat down, I read his posts
Of course all he kept talking about was

Glory days!  Positivity is hard to come by, Glory Days!
Frames only built by American guys, Glory Days!
Glory daaaay-ay-ays!

Well there's some teams, that live up the block
Back in the day they could bust the outlaws heads
Sometimes on a Friday I'll stop by
And catch a few heats after the crowds have gone dead
Posse and their money they’ve dried up
I guess it's two years gone by now
I just sit around talking about the old tires,
I say when I feel like cryin I go
On and on about

Glory days! Williams Grove is pie in the sky, Glory Days!
Outlaws raid PA for their guys, Glory days!
Glory daaaay-ay-ays!

Think I'm going down to Hoseheads tonight
And I'm going to whine till I get my fill
And I hope when I get older I don't sit around typing about it
But I probably will
Yeah, just sitting back watching some old races
For a little of the glory, soft tires stick today
There should be no grooving of them, so we’ll have the
Great races of

Glory days!, All my drivers, aren’t as spry. Glory Days!
No frames made by Chinese guys, Glory Days!
Glory daaaay-ay-ays!

David Gravel spun my guy, Glory Days
Wolfgang and Kinser battlin’ guys, glory days
Glory daaaay-ay-ays
