How do you know for sure Rico and Bell havnt blazed a fatty in the parking lot after the races. You people that think everyone who ever did a drug should be locked up and throw away the key crack me up. Tyler Walker has never done anything to any of you haters and you talk about him like he is Americas most wanted. The guy has a severe addiction to some heavy substances, look what it has cost him in his life, Nascar, Numerous Sprintcar rides, and countless other oportunities, and now he's going to do jail time. You think he wants to do drugs? He cant stop or Im sure he would. Why else would he keep pissing all over these golden oportunities. So go ahead and hate him, I hope no one you love or care about ever has a similar issue, but if they do perhaps it will help you see Tyler as a flawed human being and not the monster some of you guys would like to believe he is.

I didn't say that those guys have never blazed a fatty. Matter of fact, I won't even say I've never blazed a fatty myself. I said those guys haven't been in the news for doing something like that or endangering other people's lives by leading police on a multi-state high speed chase. IMO this joker needs to go to jail for a long time and if it happens that I never see him in a sprint car again, then I'm good with that.

There is no excuse for the high speed chase and I agree he should do time, but at some point if he is able to maintain a clean safe life, I hope gets in a car again. I choose not to judge someone based on their past, hope he gets the help he needs so he can move on.

his behavior disqualified him in every other high prfoiled series and all you have to do is listen to the interviews of other drivers who WELCOME drug testing...clearly stating there is no place for drug use in 410 racing.

Ok monster was a bit dramatic lol, of course drug use has no place in 410 racing, I think that's pretty obvious. There is also no place for drug use in the NFL NBA MLB or High School but guess what..... they all have plenty of drug use and to think racing is somehow different is naive at best. I can't believe none of the drivers said they enjoy a late night of cocaine and hookers in their interviews. Great point BRR. DOH!!!

Hopefully the young lad will one day realize he needs help and accept the help he needs in stemming his addiction. At this time he requires more rehabilitation assistance than he does a $400 per hour attorney.

without the internet, how many of tylers problems would be known publicly? weld, bloomquist, balough, hmeil, fike, opperman, patterson, kevin olsen......shit....the damn list goes on forever.....all were/are racers that liked to party hard. and if they got caught, which happened quite a bit, a few people found out.....rumors and gossip were the main ways of getting info. walker is stupid for getting caught but he certainly isnt the only one out there with dirty hands or a multi time offender.....or a racer with an addiction. but these days it gets plastered all over the internet and magnifies the problem, as well as bringing it out in the open for everyone to see, and judge.
walker did some stupid shit and he should be accountable.....but to sit there and think he is/was the only one that does/did shit like this is just ignorant. think HARD of all the others that got caught and had second, third ect chances. or bury your head in the sand and think tyler is the only one.....

my personal opinion about smoking weed is no worse that all the drunks you see at ALL the races. Guys and Gals so drunk that they are falling down or fighting. Some races are not fun for me or my grandkids to be there because of obnoxius drunks.

As far as I know Kaeding, Opperman, Weld, Bloomquist, Olsen, Patterson, etc., never led the police on a high speed chase across three different states? We're not talking about someone who just got caught with a little weed or something here.

Tyler would make a good off road racer as he could cross state lines with out penalty.He was one of the best and if he gets the help he needs he is still young.Lawyers have a way of dragging things out as long as they get their check.If he could have just played the Nascar game he had the talent just too many demons or lack of common sense.

Yepp , Haha ya caught me. boyv aren't you a quick one. You know what thy could do though? Just throw Mike and Tyler Walker in the same cell. Would'nt that be a cosy little home for those two love birds. After all they are made for each other......actually let me correct that. Tyler Walker actually has a Billion times more class than what Nelligan does. Tyler could share all his racing/ drug stories. Mike could share all his stories of taking photo's. We all know how he loves to brag about that. Heck I'd be willing to bet he has a few pics of Tyler Walker. Boy Ohh Boyy what a warm little Christmas these two could have at the Nelligan/Walker residence. Doesn't it just bring a little smile to your face. Ohh.....not to completly change the subject but remember what all the little children from all over the world want for Chritmas this year Mike?
