NO. It is in his mom and dads back yard but no one can get to it. It has been seening by his brother and he says he has that car for three years he is a lieing out his ass because we just bought it back in may of this year. But he says he did not write a check for but yet he call my son and he says he has the copy of the check i sent to David Nichols and his brother. He keep saying to show the where he wrote the check. I did nd he keeps saying did not write it his wifes name is on it and i have filed on both of them i have a court date on Nov.9th but he will not show i am sure.

Shannon called me yesterday afternoon again denied he has the car and was upset that I said something about this to his " Driver" at the winter nationals here in Enid.The car that was here was not the car he wrote the bad check for in Lawton.

Jakes Dad i plan on doing that today he nows he wrote it and he has the car. He would not keep calling my son saying that the car is here and there. The last time he called he said it was here in Oklahoma city at a house on S.W 149 across a street from a gas station back will not say any names or address.

Give them the dang car back. You still might have a chance at saving at least a hint of your credibility. Until then you are done around here as far as racing goes. Might as well change your name and move a few hundred miles away 'cause if you don't change your name someone will find you and everyone will tell everyone they can what type of person you can be.

Your right you wont be there for two reasons : You are being sentenced to ten years in prison Nov 8 at 3 pm for writing hot checks and selling stolen property.
