I'll take Ken Bowman, Don Klock Jr, and Richard Zimmerman as top three in the C.

I would add Jason Statler, Charlie Carricilo, Rick Martin, and Lindsay Casto to that A-Main of legend.
And Marvin Mitchell and C.J. Stubbles for the C

My all-time favorite is was and will always be Mike Sargent, Mike was a real hero to me growing up, I miss the old Supers and SJ Speedway a lot, I knew SJ Speedway would close soon after Baylands closed, it took a decade but it closed
my other favorites to cheer for were.....
Mark Sargent, Kirk Sargent, Marshall Sargent II and Randi Turner

I just loved going to the races as a lil kid. My grandparents were the paramedics there before i was born and i think a lil right after. I have all the wooden sprint models that were sold there with a larger one signed by Howard him self. My family pulled everyone of the drivers out of their sprint over the years, including Sargent. My dad still has a pic shirt pin with the old #7 and also a pic of the originall #69 sprint. I always got excited when we were walking up to the Arch! I was really sad when i found out the track was closed beacuse i wanted to go back with my son and dad to carry on the memories. Its always funny when visiting other dirt tracks, or racing our sprint at MRP, when an old drivers name is announced and my dad perks up and says, "Damn Ive pulled him out of a sprint years ago." I hope everyone from the old San Jose Speedway is doing great!!!

I will take JVS! I was a fan of John Veil as well and Lott. But JVS was my favorite, and I would do anything to see him run again, even pay the fuel and tire bill!
