I was there and thought the track was in great shape. Especially for being the first race of the season there. It was a great battle between 2 and 15 the last 5 laps. I dont know why there were so many tires going down. They were probably all good years tires, trying to get back at stewert for his remarks he made earlier this year.

I think McMahan and Madsen were the only guys on Goodyear's except for the right rear of course.

You are joking about "get back at Stewart", right? I hope so because that's the most absurd statement I've read on this forum in at least two days, and that coverer's a lot of crap.

If Workin Woody is an official WOO tow vehical or whatever he is, how come the only car he beat ass to rescue tonight was Joey? Chad had to wait 4 or 5 laps for a wrecker and, Sam had to wait a few for a wrecker. All the while Woody sat there with his thumb up his butt, acting like he was searching for tire pieces. Woody, let the Eldora Safety Crew do their job and you do yours! If you pick up 1 WOO car in such a quick manner, you should pick THEM ALL up in the same manner. Didnt not look good on the WOO's part or on Woody's part.

woody was an ass back in his baylands days. the tradition continues.

he always ran like a rabbit to push the top cars as they tend to attract the photogs. i have seen him race to the other side of the track to a "name" driver while leaving a lesser known sitting who was much closer. also seen him "order" other pushers away from some cars just so he can push.

Dude, I've seen him do the same crap at Knoxville for years. I don't think the regular push truck guys care for him too much either. They commit their truck and their time to the whole season, and when the highlight of their night comes to push Steve K or one of the big guns back off after an on track deal, guess who comes stealing the thunder?

The next time you're at the races, why don't you ask Art and Carol(Woody's owners and operators) why they do what you believe that they're doing - are they playing favorites, or just folllowing directions from the WoO officials?

I do know that they wear radios and are very likely told by WoO offiicials where to go when an incident occurs on track. Most local push trucks are not "guided" by WoO officials. No radio, no communication, no direction. And remember, the WoO supplies officials and rules whenver a promoter santions a WoO race - so it is their show, and their call.....

Maybe they are playing favorites, but until you can prove your accusations........
