I remember reading an article that the average NASCAR fan(?) went to ONE race a year.  Made me think about my friend Dean who went to 60 +/- (sprint & modified) races a year and slept thru the majority of the free NASCAR races on tv.

Streaming should improve the poorly run programs. If viewership starts dropping off for some tracks, I'm sure they'll get pressure to improve their product or get replaced by something else, like swamp buggy racing.

I doubt Streaming will improve anything with the flow of the events. However one can start watching late and advance thru the slow periods. Only risk is you may be up later if it goes with minimal delay.

I watch NASCAR in less than an hour creatively using my DVR.
