I think Dean Jacobs is going to be in the 70 car

Dean Jacobs is running the Jim Chappel #8 out of PA. Bryan Sebetto ran the car the last 2 years. Trey posted that on his Twitter. Based on the hastag Trey looks to be back in his own 3J.

Dont see the 8 car running a full schedule Sabetto had alot of mechanical issues the few races I saw him last year and Rod George was a DNQ the races I saw the previous year.

Dean would be a good addition in any car lets hope Lee (if you see this) does decide to fallow I think with last years expierence you would certainly be a top five car.

IBRACN has Brandon Spithaler running the All-Star tour minus the Florida races.   So that's 11 full-timers now for the series.

According to IB Racing the total is now up to 15 that is a great number lets just hope that Lee Jacobs,Craig Kinser,Cap Henrey and Sheldon Haudenschild join that would make the best group of All Stars that I can remember.

INDIANAPOLIS – The Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions is set to welcome 17 full-time travelers from five different states for the 51-event schedule across the Midwest and Northeast.

Of the 17 confirmed travelers, 10 will tackle the nine month campaign for the first time in their careers.

Leading the list of confirmed competitors is defending series champion Chad Kemenah, who captured the 2016 title by just 20 points over Dale Blaney. The Findlay, Ohio, native will return to the driver seat of the familiar Hunter Racing/Seneca Energy/No. 10H.

Other experienced travelers returning to the road include Pennsylvania native and 2015 Jim Ford Classic winner Ryan Smith, former USAC Kenyon Midget champion Caleb Armstrong, Caleb Helms, 2005 Knoxville Nationals champion Kraig Kinser, T.J. Michael and native Bradley Howard.

Joining Smith and Howard, seven of the 10 rookie contenders hail from various parts of the Keystone State. Among them are Former Lernerville Speedway champion and Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (B.O.S.S.) non-wing ace Brandon Spithaler, the father-son duo of Brent and Brandon Matus, former Lernerville Speedway super late model champion turned open-wheel competitor John Garvin, 358ci sprint car graduate Tyler Esh and the third generation family duo of Hunter and Jordan Mackison.

Also running the full schedule in 2017 will be Ryan Linder, Dane Lorenc and Max Stambaugh.

The Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions campaign will begin Feb. 9-11, with three nights of Winter Nationals competition at the Bubba Raceway Park near Ocala, Fla.

Hope the 70 finds a proven driver because that roster looks good for quantity, but the quality took a huge plunge from the last couple years. No Dale Blaney, Sheldon H., Tim Shaffer, Holtgraver or Cap Henry. That's 5 of the top 6 shoes gone in 1 season. Smoke needs to seriously think about up-grading the purse.
