I would like to see Brady Bacon in the highlands 3

Brady's doing his own stuff when it comes to wing next year and indicated he'd like to do more winged stuff (where there are bigger pay days). Highlands is gonna want someone to run at least semi regularly weekly and hit some big shows. Also don't think Brady has quite enough winged experience yet for them to put him in seat full time. I think Brady's going a similar route to BC doing more winged stuff but also mixing in non wing and probably crown stuff.

I say Brent Marks will be in the Highlands #3.  He has his hauler for sale so that means he is getting a ride or definitely cutting back on the racing and travel. He and the wife just had a baby last year and the baby will turn 1 in January.  And most women don't want to be  the only one to raise the children ; which they should not have to,  so  the men can play. They only put up with racers doing that if it is Nascar and making the big bucks.

Back to the Highlands car I hope they do hire a local Pa driver for the car.

I'm hearing Brent Marks is going on the outlaw tour in 2017 . The hauler is up for sale as they are working out a deal on the Keneric trailer.  Expect the official announcement after PRI.

My source works in Brents fathers auto body shop , ( reliable ) says the decision was finalized in charlotte with their major backer, M&M Construction.  Thats why he carried the 2M number on his car. All part of the wine and dine.Smile

Interesting....I don't see Brent in the Highlands #3 as Racer says above. Brent's doing a great job building his own team and I think he's traveled a bit too much for the Highlands Crew...now being on the Outlaw Tour, wow that'd be a step up. He ran well against WoO and All Stars when he's traveled and has been better on equipment. Would be cool to see him on Outlaw Tour.

I cant find it anywhere now..Im pretty sure it was on facebook. Brent posted he had a huge anouncement in a few days and would reveal that and team plans then. Doubt it's reguarding landing the Highlands ride. Pretty sure it's he going WoO or All Star tour.

As I said on the BWW post Brett said on twitter that he has most of his sponsers back for next year and is still looking to ad more ,said he would have announcement after his fund raiser.

Think Brett would be better suited for the All Stars as he struggles with Time Trials and the Outlaws are all about time.

Pretty sure McFadden is out because of differences at Knoxville.;

Brent's announcing his 2017 plans TODAY at 5pm and Jeremy Elliott indicated he'd have an article out this evening about it.  All signs are pointing towards WoO, though I agree I thought he'd head to All Stars first which would allow for him to still hit some races in PA.  All Stars are also all about time, but group time trials help (IMO).  Brent ran well at WoO and All Star events he attended that were "off the porch" plus he's been easier on equipment.  He had a pretty consistent year this year and seems to like the move to Maxim.  If he has the backing fiscally then he can make the WoO tour work.  He'll get an enourmous amount of experience and be a greatly improved driver by seasons end with this experience (not just on track, but travel, planning, seeing/talking to teams, seeing new tracks, even the stress will help, etc.).

Official, Marks to WoO tour. Nice addition, he'll likely be in that 8-11th group in points, qualify most nights and hopefully be in contention a few nights for wins.

With Richard Marshall announcing his partnerships with both Tim Clauson & Brady Bacon, will does that leave Jason Johnson as far as sponsorship from Marshall's Priorty Aviation for 2017?

Nowhere, all indications (I guess meaning there hasn't been any announced changes yet) are he's still going to sponsor JJ.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Highlands 3 high tail it back to Selinsgrove. 410s are a pretty big waste of money. They probably had the right formula for their checkbooks all along.
