Republicans out number the Democrats by 2 to 1 margin in South Dakota. The will of the people through an Inititated measure helped to raise the sales tax a 1/2 a percent to help raise teachers salary in the state. The Republican elite's went nuts and still lost to the will of the voters. We've had our fair share of people dieing mysteriously in this state due to its many scandals in the last couple of years.......... so its not a Clinton thing....... LOL
