Green18, sprintfast, shake 'n bake, schristensen.......Your biased head in the sand opinions don't mean shit to me. I know for a fact that Tod did not commit the NSL to Badlands for the Saturday night events Chuck released on his initial schedule. If that were the case, Chuck would have a breach of contract case, wouldn't you think?

Tod is the only one I know that got drunk and told Teams he didn't need them. Now they strugle to get a full field......

Chuck just keeps handing Money out to Teams and you have nothing but bad things to say about him.

Your head is so far up Tods ass you don't even know whats going on.

What if it was a verbal commitment?  You're the know it all.  Would he have a lawsuit?  Been on the site for a year and have more comments then half the people on this board.  That says it all.  Sometimes you should listen and not speak.

A verbal committment can have just as much of an impact in court as a written commtment. Thank you for the compliment, by the way. Look it up! Google: "Can you collect on a verbal agreement" or "Is a verbal ageemant binding" or any number of searches. I can't help it that you're naive.

Or to mention the phone calls last year he made after he more or less accused Husets of canceling late just to keep the  cars over for the 360 show,,,,

Blazer00 was out picketing in front of a new church that just opened this morning. When asked by the news reporter what the problem was? Blazer00 said "Can you believe this church is running services on Sunday within 30 miles of another church. There are just so many people to fill the collection plate. If they would just have services on Monday people could go to both now people are just going to the church that is closer to them. I Can't understand why a new church would be open on sundays it shouldn't be allowed.  I heard the Pastor of the church did somthing bad once I don't know why anyone would go."

I'm just asking, because it sounds like he doesn't know that for sure, but is supposing it to be true. That's two entirely different things.

Too stupid to follow a find answers to a simple question...I have race friends in Sioux Falls and as early as 2:00 that afternoon they said there wouldn't be any racing......why the delay in announcing the cancellation? Don't answer that you'll just embarass yourselves. The more I respond to you idiots the more I stoop to your lavel. I'm done doing that!

I talked to a couple different drivers who were there.  Some thought there was no chance to race, and others thought if the band of storms that popped up randomly at 6pm wouldn't have hit, they would've started a little late, but would've raced.

But im sure you're right and I'm wrong.  And Tod's right as well.

No no matter which weather report is "correct" , there were a number of cars who had their 360 along and planned to race the following night the entire time, and Tod decided to go all super-dousche on everyone.

What a coincidence, I live in Sioux Falls.  It's beome apparant that you're making this up as you go along.  Stop digging.  You're in too deep already to ever have anyone believe what you say.

Thank you for your generous offer of no further responses.    Enjoy the races wherever you live.
