Back to the roots of being a true outlaw instead all the rules of when where and time and distance and I would bet less stress and more fun. If he is using same cars as Schatz they are proven winners. To be still that good at 60 is great.Sounds like on another post his son Kurt is doing well in MMA now thats a tough sport that wont have many competitors 60 years old

Why anybody would think Steve will mainly run with the Outlaws when his car owner owns the All-Stars is beyond me. Steve will run where the boss says to run and it ain't gonna be Mesquite or Skagit. Plus, those are the long drives Steve wants to get away from. Three-fourths of his racing will be in Ohio which is great for you Buckeye fans.

I'm pretty sure the King will run where he wants to. These are his years to do what he wants to and not what a series demands. I doubt Tony cares whether he runs one or the other either. Steve still has some weight when it comes to T-shirt sales and sponsorships and is still competitive where ever he goes. Could be wrong but I think he will run more Outlaw shows than Allstars in the coming year.

We shall see. Steve won't be sitting on the porch at home, though, when the Outlaws head west and he doesn't. He already has more top three's at Ocala in one weekend than he'll probably have with the Outlaws all year. That's not a slam as I'll root for Steve. I'd race with people I can be very competitive with as it's a lot more fun to race where you can win and for Steve that is with the All-Stars. Sure, he'll race Eldora, Knoxville and other big Outlaw shows. With Jimmy Carr as crew chief maybe he'll be a lot better this year. On another note, Sammy must have been really ready to hang it up with his car owner starting the NSL and Sammy already in Todd's car. The NSL would have cut down on Sammy's travel and would've been fun to run for him. When you've had enough, though, I guess you've had enough. I'm 60 so I'm rooting for all the older guys but Sammy has been my favorite for 40 years.

I agree there is probably no way he goes on the Outlaws West swing but most races in the Midwest/Pennsylvania area that are WOO I bet he will be there. Steve will probably win more races/be competitive this year with a limited schedule and with a car coming straight from Tony's shop than he was last year. Last year and so far this year he started the season off looking fast and dropped off some as the season carried on. You have to think that him not having to mess with a car and travel so much he will be more relaxed/ready to race. Maybe I'm just hoping but it'll be fun to see it all play out.

Steve Kinser will compete in a true 'Outlaw' schedule in 2015. His schedule will be comprised of World of Outlaws Sprint Series, All-Star Circuit of Champions Series, National Sprint League & other events. Look for a schedule to be partially released in the near future.

For this week, Kinser will compete at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla., in all five nights of competition with the All-Star Circuit of Champions & World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series.

Steve Kinser updates can be found on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/SaluteToTheKing, on Twitter @SteveKinser_Rcg and online at www.TonyStewartRacing.com.

Kinser merchandise can be bought at the track or online at www.SteveKinserStore.com.

It'll be fun to watch where Steve runs and I really do hope he does well. I'm flying down to Daytona Friday to hang out at Volusia County and Bubba's for eight days so I'll be in the stands cheering for the over 50 crowd. Just remember that Steve is 60 so just enjoy watching him run wherever he finishes. Steve's a week older than me and all the stuff about reflexes, eyesight, whatever is all true. I am thinner than Steve, though, and that's good. Sammy's big dropoff the last two years was very noticeable and I think age just caught up to him and I think he just got tired of it all as well, especially with not winning much anymore which is what keeps it fun. He can still run the Chili Bowl, though. He could easily win that again.

Tony might own the car but let's be honest, Steve is gonna run where he chooses. It's not like he couldn't go out and run his own deal, it's nice to run for Stewart. But at this point Steve is calling his own shots, he has earned it. He is still Steve Kinser with or without Stewart
