Your in front, slow down on the straight then enter. didn't see the break lights on. It's racing! 83 was on the move for 50 grand, and won!

Donny's comments = Head games.
Little kid from that sprint car hotbed-Connecticut- is eating their lunches. They'll take any opportunity to dent his confidence.

Oh....our apologies. You heard it here. 83 car is the only car to make contact with anyone on a track in PA this year. Dirty bastard!!
Racing incident. $50,000 on the line. Raced him hard and got in to him. I don't know what you guys are looking for. ?

my thoughts exactly.
david is beginning to be a real threat out on the tour.
still you have to admit the posse using donny to defend themselves is priceless. it's like he's their best friend or something.
to indy and beyond!!

Thats Racing at a high rate of speed for 50,000. Stevie should have ran his own Race and not blocked David and it would have been a good last ten laps. Glad David got the win. Young man is on the rise, and will be a serious contender next season for the Championship.

If you take the points David has made this yr in the roth 83 and everage it out then add the 7 races he didnt race at all with the outlaws it would add about 900 points to his total ...so he would be up a few more places in points if he runs the Roth car all yr he would be sitting between 3rd and 5th in points with the finish average he has been getting each nite....

People seem to forget he (Gravel) did this same sort of thing to Montieth earlier in the year.

The 51s was making the same moves / running the same groove all night.
Gravel said he was sorry for doing something.
Schatz comment in victory lane speaks volumes.

Damn, I guess in the history of racing, cars have never touched before resulting in one spinning. It's racing, it happens all the time and every one of them drivers has done it before, too. If anyone says they have never touched another car, they are pumping you full of shit.

Gravel ran out of talent and Stevie paid the price.

As a Posse faithful...it looked to me that maybe Stevie had used up his tires and was not going to hold onto that lead for much longer. He got a nice restart and was able to take the lead, but I think that was about all he had. Gravel was going to get him back most likely baring amistake on his part. Stevie was getting on the brakes to run his line and Gravel had been running it hard and high all night. Hell most laps, he was hitting the wall with his right rear trying to stick it up there. If not for that, he prolly would have taken the lead a few laps prior trying to get it back from Stevie. So the point is...they were both running their same lines, Gravel was certainly faster and maybe a little anxious and just misjudged it a bit and ran it over. Stevie has the right to be upset a bit..but if you saw his interview too, he said he could have got him back fairly and didnt need to do that. I think he knew Gravel was going to get him as well but the fans and himself earned the right to see a good race for it

I really think Gravel had more car than racing ablity!! What happened here is the difference between respecting another driver and not respecting another driver!!!
It was nice to see the Roth car win!! Mr Roth does alot for the sport, but it was a shitty way for it to happen!!

Read his accomplishments before talking about his ability ..also watch it in slow motion or frame by frame you may see it differently. ...

Yeah, don't think that's blocking at all. Two guys racing hard and you can see Gravel's front end come up right before he slides up.

Watched the video.. Pure racing deal.. Gravel full head if steam.. Smith slowing to hit his low marks and the closing rate became too much
