I sure wish that this forum would make it that each person had to sign on via facebook or other so the cowards could not hide behind fake names!! This has to be the most outrageous post ever! First off it is none of your Damn business nor is it anything to do about racing! Most of the comments to this are ridiculous

Agree. A drivers personal life is no ones business but his own.

well... You know what I mean it's just a shame that some people are not held accountable

Expecting accountability on this forum is like expecting non-fuzzy photos from MSPN.

Does anyone know...may have been talked about since I am not here much. But, are Craig and Julie getting divorced? Has anyone been able to see his ring finger? Every pic from this year his left hand is covered up and cant see if he is wearing a ring or not? He ALWAYS used to wear one...
Is that why he is off the tour? Just trying to find out what the real story is!!

We're all the culprits here. Forums and "news" sites measure the click-thru rate and see how much more people are drawn to incendiary crap. Meanwhile a legit q&a thread about Dollanksy gets little traction.

I suppose this goes back to Citizen Kane... smut sells papers.

Dollansky isnt running the tour this year because he isnt worth a damn anymore.
|
You mean the guy that's won the last two at Knoxville, plus another this earlier this year I believe, that's the guy that's not worth a damn? Did his sudden decline happen durning the rain-outs the last few weeks or what?

He had a rough Nationals last year, but made the A on Sat at Nationals the previous 9 straight years... and finished in the top-ten in all 9 of those. He finished 2nd to Schatz in 2012 WoO points, and ran 5th last year. That totally sounds like a guy that has really fallen off the wagon...

I may have gone too far about not being worth a damn, but look at his numbers. Sure last year he finished 5th in points, that was probably well over 500points out. I just feel that he has lost his touch so to speak. Sure every now and then he has a good run but the majority of his nights with the outlaws last year and this year have been subpar. I think him runnig knoxville and husets will be good for his career, and hopefully gets his confidence back up because he is a good driver and good peson.

Scottb15, that has to be your age right? You're just digging the hole deeper, let it go......Actually, you are having a 'subpar' time with these posts, quit while you (think) you're ahead....

Good thing the World of Outlaws keeps good records of their points, wins, and other stats in past years... You realize that Daryn Pittman had over ten thousand points last year, right? Dollansky was 711 back. In other words, he had 93 percent of the points that Daryn Pittman had. Craig had 6 wins, 19 top fives, and 39 top tens... hardly a back marker. Not to mention one of those wins came in the Ironman 55, probably the most tiring race that winged sprint car racing has to offer. The two years previous, he won nine and ten Outlaw races, respectively. His career, in my mind, is far from over. The reason he is off the tour is to mentor his son's racing career. There is no other reason. And hey, he gets to sleep in his own bed every night. Nice perk.
