to the idiot at lincoln; lincoln speedway is worried port royal is getting the better reviews so they are bashing port royal every chance they get, one reason lincoln gets more cars a lot of cars are based within a closer radius then port, the cars have to travel farther to get to port and a lot of the lincoln rats just go there to get the tail end money cause they are based closer and have not much expense to get there,a lot more travel to get to port ,also port is much faster then lincoln, maybe some drivers dont like the speed and I think a less powerful engine is ok for lincoln,I was told fred said that same thing about port.its a very fast track.any how as far as the idiot ,you know who you are, I dont need to mention any names..................

I want to know how Gators missed the fact that this was Rowdy Robbie Kendalls first 410 win... :/
Then I want to know how Gators missed the fact that Rowdy Robbie Kendall was the first driver to score the south central weekend double by picking up a victory at Trail Way on Friday then backing it up in the 410 at the Link... :/
After all that, who in the hell is portfan1 calling an idiot... :/
Opinions may vary...

Why would 358s get as much or close to the same attention as 410s?

OK, I took the bait...... again...
Does the bashing ever freakin stop on here? Posse vs. Outlaws, Port vs. Lincoln, tit vs. tat, geeeezzz, now you're beating on the guy who posts "real" content
Personally, I very much appreciate Jeremy's work. And, if it's biased, I don't really care. It's his right to write whatever he wants. He can't be a both tracks at the same time. If he prefers track X over track Y, then so be it.
Lincoln vs. Port = apples vs. oranges. I've been to both. Like them both.

Kinda like Robbie K rode around from the pole at stinky Lincy, lol. Stan Dinnit, you try so hard to make Lincoln out to be the greatest thing since sliced bread but folks know that the racing is pretty much the same everywhere. Cars will start on the pole and win but there will be alot of pack racing. Pretty much happens at each track but people still whine. And besides, some guys went to Lincy because of the added purse and the fact that Port was showcasing the awesome Super Late Models in a $3000 to win ass kicking race. Like Dan Stone said in his twitter today, Port is the best track in the mid atlantic. Oh yeah, thanks Dan, but we already knew that.
In case ya missed it....

Kendall raced thru traffic like a veteran and held on under pressure...I watched him...when will you confine your ignorance to the races you support and leave the bullshit out of it?
Lincoln 1845 ft/.35 mile T1=118MPH
Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH
Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD
Grove 2792 ft/.53 mile T3=135MPH
Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH

It's not so much missing that Kendall won the double as much as who else is going to do it? Who else runs Trail-Way in a 358 and Lincoln in a 410? One, maybe two other people if that. Not to pile on Trail-Way, but they only had 12 cars. It's not like he outran a stout field of 20 or even 15 other cars.
I never want to see a track struggle, and it's a shame more guys don't run Trail-Way on a regular basis.

If you dont want to see a track sturggle in this area, avoid 358 and 360s altogether...even when the 27 drops one in.

Forget the double...It was Rowdy Robbie's first win in a 410...Granted, it wasn't on a big half mile, but still... :/

"Wait for it, DEADLINE" ...... REALLY????
so your telling me that you couldn't give the division a 2 or 3 paragraph write up on the following article about some poor 410 driver struggling thru the season with only 4 motors and 3 cars to somehow make it thru the year in their $150,000 toter/trailer, custom built pit carts, custom suits, helmets with $1500.00 paint job ect.
So if your articles are say 10 paragraphs long, you feel the 410s need 9 1/2 to do the story justice??? Just can't make it work in 7? Then give the " red headed step child class" 3 ??? ?... if that's what your saying then maybe you should seek advice from the "top tier writers for advice"....
You made your point....2nd class citizens... kudos to you my friend

Why dont you get a job at the newspaper and you can write the article any way you want, this gator guy dosnt owe you anything. I cant believe you idiots are giving this guy a hard time for writing his articles, at least someone in the media gives a shit enough to cover dirt oval racing.

How is Gators suposed to get better unless we give some feedback...?
Besides, it's not like it's his hobby, it's his job...

Ive seen decent 358/360 counts all year except trailway. Lincoln has had 20 or more just about every week 358 only, williamsgrove is also around 20, selinsgrove has averaged 25 for the year so far with both 358/360. What we need to increase car counts is 3 or 4 more classes of winged sprintcars to go with the 305,358,360,410, and super sportsman. Oh wait maybe its not low car counts, maybe its to many freaking divisions.

Stan here is a life lesson for you. Just because you think Gator is doing bad job dosnt make it true. I think he does a great job, and I apreciate the fact that I can read an article about racing from most of the tracks in my area a few hours after the race is over. If the guy dosnt write about what YOU think is important then hes doing a bad job? Other than typing in bold text and being a general know it all, what the hell makes you think that you have any feedback that a professional jounalist needs to hear. Your just another tool who takes pride in his Hoseheads banter. What do you do for a living, maybe I can come over and give you advice about somthing I know nothing about and see how you respond to it.

My Mother was a certified english teacher...My punishment for wrong doings was to write an essay about it...Needless to say, anything less than an A effort resulted in a rewrite...
I own my own service business...I'm the best gas fireplace tech in a top five per capita market in the nation...If you desire a ride along program, your more than welcome...
If gators doesn't want my critisism, he's more than welcome to say so and I'll ignore it moving forward...Till then, I'll keep offering up my opinion whether you, or anyone else, agrees with it...
Opinions may vary...

Yeah, sounds like you have zero clue what goes on at a newspaper. If you want there to be coverage of what you like, I'd say the surest way of getting it is to do it yourself.
