Darrah out and Gravel or McFadden in couldn't happen soon enough. That's a top notch car that should be placing in the top 5 nightly and it rarely does. Darrah had plenty of opportunities to prove himself. Doesn't look like it's going to happen. NEXT.

Pretty sure Darrah's old man funds a good majority of the 4 car's budget. Thus, Cody keeps the ride when he puts up meager results.

Can someone point me in the direction of a video of this incident? Or maybe post one? I'm really curious to see exactly what happened before I form my opinion.

.... I hope Darrah is fired as of yesterday afternoon and he waddles back to PA with his tail between his legs, that was some real bullshit, this kid don't deserve to race a f*ck!ng law mower, he don't have to class to either.

Agreed. Dick move by Darrah. Not sure what his beef was with JJ anyways. Didn't catch the full video but looks like JJ got into the cushion a bit too hard (ala Sweet) and flipped himself and Darrah had nowhere to go. 

David Gravel to the 4 would be downright scary. That kid has come a long way in a short time. But he does have the 59 car going strong and switching rides this early in the season could potentially burn some bridges that you don't want to at his age. 

Can't disagree with everything that's been said about Cody. Just not a fan. This is the same kid that threw his steering wheel at Sean Michael a couple years back at a local Williams Grove show because they got together. 

I hope he's not fired.  I really don't want to see him back in PA.  I couldn't be happier he's on the road.

Exactly, the way he acts and drives, he belongs where he is, with the circus.  Don't want/need him here.

I think Darrah's issue (as to on-track performance) is that he doesn't turn consistent laps. There are races where he is the fastest car on the track for about 10 laps, and then makes a mistake that negates all of his forward momentum. He's been like that for the last few years. Not sure if it's concentration or some physical limitation with his leg, but it's very noticable around guys that rarely make mistakes.

Cody can be a really nice guy at times, but all through his racing in PA it was evident that he has inherited his father's temper and demeaner.  As long as writing a check can fix it, is what Cody has been taught & learned well about controlling one's temper, anger management - whatever you want to call it.   Central PA does NOT need him back on our tracks with Daddy leading the way with his checkbook.  Doubt Kasey will put up with either of them much longer.

It has been said many times that racing needs a hero and a heal,  I am not saying Darrah is a heal but some people do.  That gives these people somneone to root against.  What do you want a bunch of polite pretty boys to cheer for?  Once Hewitt punch out McCarl twice in one night in seperate fights.  Gary Patterson once had to have police protection at races in Australia because of irrate fans.  This gives people something to talk about, so what is the big deal.  If I was rich and my kid wanted to race and I wanted him to race I would give him what ever it took.  Remember these so called rich parents worked thier ass off to make the money and can spend it as they wish.  Relax a little and enjoy the races.  Talk to some old timers when you had to fight your way into a track to race and you had to fight your way out of the track after the races. I am not saying this is good, but it used to be that way at times.

It's a little different when its driver vs driver after the incident, but in this case Rescue crew was tending to Jason Johnson after he flipped and darrahs front end made contact with the top of JJ's cage, and darrah was coming for JJ and rescue worker was having to hold darrah back instead of tending to JJ, once Darah walked away the rescue worker turned back around to check on JJ when darah came running back at the rescue working making contact with the rescue worker, what if JJ was seriously hurt and with darrah being a little bitch the rescue crew wasn't able to help him cause they're busy trying to fight off some bitch ass kid?

The fire crew shoulda let darrah go, not the first car nor will it be the last car he runs over,he needs someone to sort his ass out,drives like a dick 90% of the time in a 410, maybe it's just too much power for him,should stay in 360's because that's all he's ever gonna be, there better drivers that Ricky Stenhouse JR can spend his money on

I think it is apparent the your not a Jason Johnson fan, maybe rightfully so, but I think the main issue that people have against Cody is that he went after a guy that took a hard it in the roll cage and had no idea if he was seriously hurt or not.  What in the hell was he thinking?  Wait until they get him out of the damn car at least. That was a chicken sh*t move as far as I'm concerned.  I would imagine that KK was not impressed. 

As per JJ's wife Bobbi, he was knocked unconchis in the crash.
