Some of you need to realize its not all about horsepower. To win races you need a package, yes a good motor, set up, shocks, bars, tires, gears, mechanics, crew chief and a driver who can get the job done. Steve has always been one of my favs but Im afraid time is catching up with him. Schatz is the new king .

To assume it is the engines, they can correct that. Tony said they will do some switching of motors between teams to see if the can find anything better than the other. These are not dumb people. Give them a chance. Also note than Sammy has not set the world on fire yet this year.

But Sammy did a chassis switch this year. Steve and Kraig are behind on something! Only time will tell if they can figure it out? About mid season last year, those two cars took a dive, and have not turned it around yet.

I have to agree with Jmartz.......we all know Schatz is not the new King as he has been the King for the past 5 years now, hardly new. Good call Jmartz.

why not? TSR is a business! They have a payroll and everything. They don't just hand people money for grins.
You're probably right though. Tony doesn't care about what money he loses. I heard the Nascar truck race is giving out free drinks and food all night! No big deal.

a million dollars at stewart hass probably lasts one or two races. and a million at tsr more likley lasts half the season. i doubt hes to worried about spending his play money. but i dont have a pot to piss in. and i dont know chit. so i could be wrong.
