I got a ticket for speeding 11 mph over cop was a jerk, made me feel like i was convict.$114.00 .

If you were driving 11 MPH over the speed limit, you WERE speeding weren't you?. Don't be mad at the cop for doing his job, be MAD AT YOURSELF because you knew that cops always have a strong presence during the Nationals.
