they couldn't have chosen a better team to be ambassadors for their cause. Paul & Lori with their new baby Kaylee, and Shane so well spoken - a GREAT team to represent the Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation.

Glad to see Lori's "John Bickford connection" finally did some good for this sport and her boyfriend's race team.

Sounds like it is going to be just for a few races in the coming months. Hope it turns into more.

(July 17, 2012) – Last year’s Knoxville Nationals 360 winner and 410 runner-up Shane Stewart is set to Kick-It with the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation in Knoxville this summer. Kick-It will be the primary sponsor of the No. 57 Sprint car fueled by Silva Motorsports and driven by the 2011 National 360 Sprint Car Driver of the Year. Every child should have the chance to be a kid. “Hopefully, our involvement will help raise support and awareness in the fight to end childhood cancer.” “What a great way to help raise awareness for kids that need our help in the fight to beat cancer,” said Shane Stewart. “I am honored to be driving the #57 Kick-It car.” Stewart and Silva are a winning combination. Together, they have captured the 2009 and 2011 Lucas Oil ASCS Champion titles, three time 360 Knoxville Champions titles and, the pair have also finished fifth, third and second in the past three Goodyear Knoxville 410 Nationals. Few drivers if any are more deserving than Shane Stewart and it would be a stretch to find a better spokesman for his raceteam to boot. This is great news for the sport and even greater news for the 57 Team, congrats!!
