Isn't there a song they could play that doesn't scream Satan will get ya? Might as well show some skin movies during intermission too. No wonder they are struggling.

Settle down folks!
I agree with Minthess, it's time for a change. There are lots of good choices that won't force us convert.

AC-DC better than that "final countdown" crap they use to play.

Gotta say that my fave AC/DC album is For Those About to Rock. Lot of good songs that never got that much radio play; C.O.D. (Care of the Devil), Evil Walks, Let's Get It Up. I just get tired of hearing the songs off Back In Black, they've just been played so much but the album was their tribute to Bon Scott.
I do appreciate Johnny playing Walk All Over You during hot laps at the outlaw races. That intro really builds momentum.

Highway to Hell is my favorite. When I think of great ac/dc songs that don't get much air play I think of Touch too Much, Squeeler, Live Wire, Down Payment Blues, Shot Down in Flames, Love hungry Man, Get it Hot.
Selinsgrove plays Rock and Roll train before the start of their sprint features.

As a dj... I understand the need for motivational music at appropriate times. Gets 'em revved up.
I agree... when you're promoting a PG atmosphere... there are better choice's than Hell's Bells. LOTS of them.
Some ideas: CCRevival Bad Moon Risin, ACDC Back in Black or Shook me All night long, Led Zeppellin Rock & Roll, Lynnard Skynnard Sweet Home Alabama, Stone Temple Pilots, etc.
LOTS of songs will bring about a "WOOOOOOOOO" from the crowd.

you ARE kidding about hell's bells right? if you are not, you PG songs include from bad moon rising, "don't go round tonight, it's bound to take your life" about a hurricane killing people, and from shook me, "she told me to cum but i was already there." about having sex. lmfao. that brings a WOOOOOO from the crowd! so songs about apocalypse and impending death, and sex songs are the way to go in your opinion?

I personally prefer Emerson, Lake and Palmer's Karn Evil #9 - "Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends ... we're so glad you could attend ... come inside come inside."

I vote for Nationals they play Marilyn Manson's "Beautiful People" for the driver intro and "Sweet Dreams are Made of These" for the Amain. Maybe even "i don't like the drugs but the drugs like me" for Walker's intro? lol.
and for the the red flag fuel stop they should have the Eagles come out and play real loud "Get over It" for the fans

I think in the thirteen years of Hoseheads forums, this complaint tops them all....And there have been some weird ones.

I was waiting for somebody to state the obvious. If they don't like it they should follow my lead. Buy some camera equipment, get some heavy duty ear plugs and ignore the announcers and music. If the crowd needs music to get them hyped up for a Sprint Car Feature there's something wrong with that picture.
