sounded like paul was one of the only ones to have a 200 bolted on, most of the other teams had on 100's, could be a reason for all the flats?............and would love to see paul stay in one of the kkr teams, he deserves a good ride, one of the most genuine guys out there and a hell of a racer

Paulie
There was an article or interview, forget which, recently, where Cody thought he maybe back for the nationals, and he noted in their conversations with Paul doing so well, they wanted to keep him on board and Kasey would start a 4th team later in the year.

Hopefully he can run with the posse since Donny is off a little. The Grove might be even more embarrassing for the WoO than last year.
|
Last year at the Grove was unusual for sure. Getting out in front in clean air was the key, with the flat top wing, and Schatz had to run them down. He was all over Hodnett.
For example, Darrah was spinning out in the first race and in the second, he started on the front row in clean air and took off.
Don't expect the Outlaws to be kept out of the winners circle this year. Don't count Donny out.

Williams Grove could be the place the 15 car gets back on track. This will be a different event for sure then 09'. Car's are nearly a second off the pace in TT from last year, and I believe that will help the WoO. Big horsepower and clean air won't be enough this year, it's gonna need to handle for ALL 30 laps. I'd keep my eye on the 15 and the 51, niether of them put up good TT laps, both of them can drive from the back. Last year Schatz passed 35 cars in the 4 WoO features and Rahmer passed 25.

Congrats to Oroville, Ca native son....Paul McMahan.
I imagine Carol and Ron had a smile from ear-to-ear.
I know many out "here" were smiling and banging on their puter at the same time!
Now, how do we keep Paulie in that car for the entire season?

I remembered Carol and Ron living in E.G. (where I once lived also) but didn't recall Paulie living there.
When I lived there the "Grove" had a whopping 4K people. One blinking red light at EG Blvd and EG-Florin Road!
