put it this way, if you are on this msg board posting, you must be a good sprint car fan, but on another note, if PA drivers and fans r so much better i dont see much going on with them when trophy cup is here on the west coast, im talkin about in the stands and parked on the front stretch after the A main wink just my thought, not starting drama!

i hear the parties out on the west coast when the gold cup is going on is pretty crazy. either way, its a good atmosphere every weekend, and when the big shows come around there is plenty of camping and partying going on! it gets nuts sometimes! we play keg kickball every year beerhill vs maryland at the national open in october! you should see all the people that stop and watch! pa gets it in too! just not west coast style.. we far east coast! haha....

tyler is gonna enjoy racing in pa and the fun times too! its a great atmosphere!!

Go easy there folks, this is one those comments that is easily taken out of context...I would rush to judgement as we are reading only what was typed....

I think I can see where he's coming from as a career race car driver. If I did that for a living anyplace that put me in a competitive car would be the greatest place in the world. wink That's a smart man, he knows good racing and he knows what side of his bread is buttered. How can anybody find fault with that? Oh yeah, I forgot, this is a racing forum. wink

They are, only JA gave Tyler even a slight challenge.

Can you name anyone else, that raced the GSC season, giving chase to Tyler???!

Please, the west coast series are a joke compared to midwest and eastern series!!!!

get your thongs outta your cracks...Walker has ALREADY RACED ON POSSE SOIL and surely has ENOUGH EXPERIENCE to COMPARE THE TWO.

not that I am a Walker fan...but there are plenty of them on Posse Soil.

The team he raced for in California was as good or better than most Outlaw teams. He is just happy to have a ride and fed the PR machine with some good bull. Smart move, gotta keep the car owner happy.

you know mike i met you one time back in 05 or 06 i believe. and it was on the hill where i stand every friday. to be honest i laugh when you say americas slowest half mile and other things about the posse vs outlaws debate. maybe you should come to the grove this year and see how things have changed! or have you been lurking and not saying anything!

Things have changed for sure. No good cushion and lap times a second or so slower.

Your stupid comment about California sprint car racing is just that - Stupid! What would you know about any of the series that compete out here? Good luck to Tyler Walker.

Double Douche.....your a idiot! You don't have one positive thing to say on any thread on here and your point that he had only a slight challenge from Jonathan Allard is far off base! Brent Kaeding doesn't come to mind? Those three finished in the tightest GSC points battle EVER!

Up and coming talent is everywhere out here. We have so many youngsters running that have great talent it's not funny. We are lucky out here that they can start racing at a really young age and aren't slouch's against the best either! Look at Kyle Larson at the Gold Cup this last year. Plus we are lucky enough to have both non-wing and wing racing in the same state that run 410's so they can hone their skills, name many other places or states that do that on a weekly basis with both styles?? Anyway's i'm glad for Tyler Walker and the posse fan's are in for a treat! I guess we will just have to groom another young gun out here...oh wait we already have! As far as fan support in Calif.....ask Tyler what he remembers about running Santa Maria Speedway this last year and i'll guarantee you that he talks about the standing room only for the race and how they shuttled people to the track from remote locations. Passion is the word I describe for our fans at Santa Maria Speedway and many other tracks out here!

Who is the idiot?

You just went on a rant that had nothing to say about my comment on this thread.

And, you must have failed english, the proper way to say it is "AN idiot", not "a idiot". BWAHAHAHA

Why don't you try countering an opinion without calling people names?

Or are you too childish?

Again, we have a name caller.

What is it with you guys and your name calling?

All I said was that Tyler stomped the crap out of everyone at the GSC races, Jonathon made several of them close but Walker took it to them.

And you people can't find anything to say but to bash me.

Well maybe Allard will go do some real racing also, then the "rest"of the GSC cars will look really competitive!

I am from the west coast.

Tyler and Allard were in a class all alone.

And Tyler dominated. So....

Hey shipdit let me remind you that you said the west coast series "suck". Now that alone is dumb enough for to laugh at you but then you proceeded to make the moronic statement that Tyler Walker stomped the crap out of everyone at the GSC races.

You do realise there were 24 GSC scheduled races last year and Tyler did a great job and broke the all time record by getting 9 race wins. That means genius there were 15 races won by someone else and guess what? Kyle Hirst won, Kyle Larson won, Brent Kaeding won, Bud Kaeding won, Tim Kaeding won AND Jonathon Allard won. So no rout by any means there jerkoff.

Have fun being the lone idiot ridiculing his own region.

Cheers!

GSC wins 2009- Tyler Walker 9, Brent Kaeding 4, Tim Kaeding 2, Bud Kaeding 2, Kyle Hirst 2, Kyle Larson 1 and Jonathon Allard 1 and there were 3 rainouts. Plus Jayme Barnes won the DIRT CUP for the second year in a row and Tim Kaeding took the Trophy Cup. These are the facts.

Cheers!

...all I want to know is there any "possebility" of this team making a haul out to Eldora this season...Tyler is known to draw some attention around the Big E...

he will have more than 24 chances to duplicate his 9 wins...unless he exits the car early.

Gasit - the 27 car has not been running for local points, so my guess would be YES on Eldora / Kville and other regioan races.

Very good question. Also...I see Lelands is a sports auction. Must be some pretty cool baseball cards to pay for Tyler and a half dozen fresh mice.

...good deal...the wife and I may be heading your way for some early season racing this year...she had so much fun at the National Open, looking forward to getting back...spring trip to the east coast may have us making a weekend layover on posse soil...she's still telling about your Sammy shirt breakdown...classic!
