could it be complete package that makes this TEAM so good
in the last 3+ seasons this has been the team to beat with basicly the same package j&j/shaver/schatz
difference two different owners two diferent crew chiefs
one common thread driver with the desire to win every race he enters
goes to ausi different team same race car package dominant there too
I have yet too figure out why people just can't give credit where credit is do
does tiger cheat just because he wins allot did micheal jordon cheat, joe montana, bret farve,etc. etc. do I need to go on
I have known donny and his family for allot of years had the great opportunity to work with this race team in 95 with a kid that just wanted to win every night this is a group/family that has worked there ass's off for what they have wether in business or at the track they deserve credit for a job well done not unfounded accusations Think of how you would feel in the same situation. it piss's me off when people with no brains and or facts to back up the accusations they are making nuff said

All this talk has me hungry. Though the WoO's do need to do alot more checks. If they want all these rules then they need to enforce them in some way. Otherwise change the rules back to run what you brung and then even the honest ones could make it fare. If everyone is on steroids then it is all level playing again. Otherwise do something about it and take the time to check.

the complete package could include soaked tires, spiked fuel and traction control for all we know.
i heard that after donny's win the first night from the back his RR was in better shape than anyone else's. could be that he changed tires when he had to go to the back, could be good chassis. but it is the first clue when looking for tc as your tires run cooler and last longer. not saying donny didn't have a good run and make some good moves. tc don't drive the car but it can sure help with forward bite and keeping momentum. when you go in the corner and the car starts sliding out from under you and you have a devise that helps the tire from slipping and spinning and will help you regain traction, don't you think that is an advantage? think about it, is the only place the tire can spin and slip is when it is under acceleration? the 15 team may have just figured out the tc thing better than the rest at this point. we don't know what everyone is or is not doing, but to be totally naive to the fact that tc is out there is well... naive.
i admit i may be reaching a bit on some things, but just wondering what teams may be experimenting with and what they are learning. i am not accusing the 15 guys of cheating any more than the rest of the teams. they just might be better at it.

How many guys get stronger as the race goes on - not many. It's not tc! It's a racer who finally has learned how he wants the car set up and depending on that and track conditions - picks the tire he wants and races his ass off! Nothing more. Also, how many times have you heard racers talk about saving the tire? Usually when I do - it's Donny.There isn't a better racer out there right now that knows how they want the car set up for the feature!!!

here the deal its not going to matter what anybody say's as far as alot of people are concerned the only reason the 15 is winning is because he must be cheating ok either prove or shut the hell up and dealwith the fact that he may be just that goodwith the equipment.
if steve kinser was winning that much nobody would acusing him of cheating because he is the king and he does no wrong
if kraig started winning it would be because he is steve's son and it in the genes
you can't satisfy everyone I tend to believe if someine was chaeting as blatently as everyone beleives someone else in the pits would be bitching and something would be done about it
all I can say is if you guys have a problem with last nites outcome you guys have a long fri***in season ahead of you so stock up on crying towels

if the 15 was blatantly cheating they would have the xylene bottles sitting on top of the mule and donny would be wearing the wireless tc link around his neck on a gold chain. they just may be sneakily cheating better than the other guys. i think a lot of people realise there may be a lot of sneaky stuff going on. it is not in the best interest of the woo to expose their top teams. can you imagine the top teams in the woo exposed as breaking the rules? gone would be the mystique and prestige. not to mention all the other teams they race with would now be that much better. now all of this can be passed off as just conjecture, but to say it is totally twilight zone thinking is just turning a blind cheek. none of the teams and none of the organisations want their teams to be busted. those least of all that want things cracked down on are the teams themselves. like has been mentioned, detecting tc is next to impossible with out impounding both the car and driver IMMEDIATELY after the race at the scales and doing a thorough inspection of both. teams have been found with tc on their car after races. the thing is, the driver can remove the module and put it in his pocket and claim the tc was not in operation and flat refuse to show his pockets. it has happened in other series. with the wireless module the driver can put it in his pocket and not have to connect it at all! the reason there is so much talk about tc is because it is getting easier to hide and works better than ever before. i know you armorall drink'in donny schatz zombies just can't stand it, but if joey or dolansky started kicking butt it wouldn't be long until you all started wondering wtf was going and crying foul! steve kinser has been accused of cheating his whole career so don't start with that unless you just have a short memory or are just that young that you have no idea what has happened over the last 30 years. and if he was still having seasons like he used to you would be right there leading the cheater callers so don't get all noble on here with us.

if these guys are using Xylene it is one of the "most dangerous" paint thinners or cleaning agent there is out there.
had a painting company for ten years, that chit is really "BAD" for your health.

If he is using traction control wouldn't you think there are others? He cant be the only one doing it. Maybe he is using steroids? It's not illegal in racing is it? Maybe he is smoking a bong. Drugs arent illegal in sprint car racing either, or is it? I havent heard of anyone losing their ride in sprint car racing for doing steriods or any type of illegal drugs.

Schatz and Larson both seem to be able to come from the rear at will. Neither is cheating. All they have in common is Posse crew chiefs and half the race teams haven't figured out the Hoosier tires yet. The closest thing to traction control and steroids Schatz uses is dunkin donuts induced rear weight percentage and pre-race carb loading.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car

I saw the 15 car do one thing no one else did as far as I could tell under the open yellow pit stop. They changed rear shocks. For the second half he could ride the high side and down low to pass others. No one else could.

Not a Donny fan at all but I just think Donny has a ton of confidence when he runs at Knoxville. That being said, passing 20 cars in 50 lops is very impressive. If they have an advantage, good for them and let the rest catch up. What's that old saying in racing, " if you ain't cheatin, you ain't trying" or something to that effect.

Just the past 3 seasons?? It's been the past 10 years that Donny has ruled Knoxville. Don't forget that he broke the year Tim Shafer won otherwise he would have 8 in a row!!! Think about that!!!
As for Woo, take out Jason Meyer for those 2 years and Donny would have another WOO championship string.
Donny has been head and shoulders above everyone else for the past 10 years, period!
He's the man until somebody beats him on a regular basis. He may not be up there with King, Sammy, Wolfie and Opperman, but he's damn close.
