It was an awesome race!
My only problem was after the first night was over, I'm doing the brisk walk back to my car in the
dark poorly lit car park and go arse over tit tripping over a tow bar
(I think you guys call em tow hitches) and face planted the only patch
of gravel in a grassy car park.
My knee looks like a baseball has been stuffed inside it, my face is
peeled in various places, my teeth went through my top lip, the left
hand I was relying to do all the shock absorbing collected the back of
my car and sprained my wrist and bent my "bird" finger off at right
angle to the rest of my fingers.... f@#%, I just tripped over for f@#%
sake!!!
But I still went to the big final night anyway.

Geez Steve ... I didn't see you Night 1 or 2, just like you didn't see the tow bar!!
Considering where you live (and hence driving distance), you probably didn't have any booze inside you either. Judging by that X-ray, it is your left hand so let's hope you're right handed when you pick up your tools of trade to design those trade mark T-Shirts of yours.
When's your next visit to TPCR? I'll get Steve Green to close the car park to all vehicles but yours ...

He'll probably lose some more today. It's expected to get to 106ºF here in Sydney.
