At Perris a couple of weeks ago I thought I heard Scott D. confirm that JJ would be at the Oval Nationals, as well as at Manzanita a week later. Was I just hearing things?

I would almost bet that Cole Whitt and Chad Boat will be @ Perris. Whitt has made all but one USAC National race - he was forced to sit out a one-mile oval back east (can't remember which race or track) because of his age. Boat also made most of the USAC National schedule. Whitt resides in Alpine, near San Diego and Boat of course is from Arizona. It just makes sense that they both will be here.

Based upon the information everyone had at that time, what Scott said was true. Since then, things have changed a bit. You can't seriously think that JJ would pass up the chance to get into a Cup ride so he could race at Perris instead? By no means is JJ ruled out for the Ovals. Just don't put it in ink.

From the Mazanita web site.. "JJ Yeley has confirmed his entry in the Western, one of the few major races he has failed to win".
That could be good news for the Oval Nationals as well. I would think he would run them both.
Who's coming over for the Western? I'd sure like to see the Oval Nationals.. That's a racy track you guys have over there but you know how the $$ is.

Un-F*****g-believeable that Ballou wouldn't have a ride. I've only seen this guy run with a wing and he was worth twice the price of a ticket.

I thought you were going to help me out Rob, keep me safe..hummmm.. A 100 bucks towards gas Don, thanks buddy, now all I need is a trailer to sleep under. My trailer trash friends who keep their's down in Mexico let me sleep under it when I'm down. They tell me that as long as I sleep under it I'm not considered trailer trash. Man, it's nice to have friends.
