All good here. Went to library, purchases and have 360 and 410 Nats listed.

My only complaint is get the ticker off the left side and put it on top. Your field of view runs horizontal most the time. The ticker is constantly blocking the screen with cars behind it.

Been seeing their crap for over a month saying if you have a 1 year subscription you will get the 360 Nationals. I paid for the yearly subscription in April but I am NOT getting the 360 Nationals. They want $24.99 for ONE night. Went to chat on their help website and they want to send me to a page I need to spend $5 to get computer help! I already paid almost $300, I think that is enough.

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I had a problem too. In my case I had to sign out completely and get out of the app, then I got back in and logged in again and it was there.

It is listed under the INDIVIDUAL days for yearly ppl. it could have been described better but it is there. The amount of assery in this thread is amazing.

Roko doesn't display it on the main menu when you enter. When you enter the page there is a column of text links on the left of the screen. Go to the Library link, scroll down and it should be there. If it's not I would remove and reinstall the app and log back in. If that doesn't work you will have to go through Dirtvision help.
Streaming has been rock solid for about three or four years now. Problems have become a rare exception.

Maybe it's too late to help, but it should be restated that when you choose the Library tab with a TV/ROKU combo, press right on the remote and then DOWN a few times because it's partially hidden from normal view on most TVs (I'd assume.) I didn't think to use down where it looks like there's nowhere down to go after the first two options. I found it by accident last year under the "Purchased" section, hidden from normal view.
Easier to pull up on phone app.

Under that purchesed section I had only races from 2022, after I emailed support with my info they populated it with all the knoxville championship races for 2023, 360 and 410

This is getting so old. You are missing programs that are there and waiting for you to watch. '
Go to Dirtvision
Click on Search on the left
Type in Knoxville 360 Nationals
Look to the above right and find 360 Knoxville Nationals, Friday August 4th.
Click on and enjoy.
If you can't follow these steps then I can do nothing for you.
Some televisions might be a little different but it's there and it's available.
My wife told me if I went to one more Sprint Car race
she would leave me.................I'm sure gonna miss
that ol' gal.

"it's Not a perfect system" was our go-to line during my work career. That is Dirtvision needs to make the changes on their end. The vast majority are users not navigating to the right page but there are always exceptions.
