Most of you are forgetting that everyone is allowed to run the High Limit Series , or any other series that they want to. But if you want to get the Platinum perks , you need to follow those rules .I see nothing wrong with a company protecting their product.

If your an owner and spend a ton of money, the last thing you want to hear when there is a big payday race is you can't run it.

They can run any race they want.

If they don't get more cars to sign up, I have a feeling the races outside of the main footprint could be pretty sad. Idk how many teams will want to make the trip to the Dakota's if they're not full time.

Face it, at the beginning of the season you will see everyone back as Platinum members and collecting all the benefits they can but imagine some will drop off due to circumstances later. No one is going to turn away the perks (tow money, free pit passes, etc) until they have too unless there is some clause that states they have to pay back the perks if they drop off the tour.
The All Stars make their members pay $1,500 to be a member and you get that back if you run 100% of the races. Not sure if the Woo does the same.
At the end of the day all the teams will be running majority of the races as it is still the best paying series around so whether they are a Platinum member or not does it matter?

WRG has conceded that they will allow teams to race at 4 non outlaw shows. Tenter you said, " they can run any race they want" setting the number at 4 still handcuffs teams to run close to were there next race may be. 600 miles is a minimum 10 hrs on the road.
I go back to when teams complained loudly that they were on the road to much. Getting motors to engine builders for refreshing was an issue. You can look at race dates all you want, but it's the time away from shop and home that puts a great deal of stress on teams.

Forget it! The top tier drivers will all be back. I don't see anyone leaving other than one or two less-funded teams who rarely run for wins with the WoO.
Talking of the Dakotas being too far would include Minnesota and the west half of Wisconsin as far as distance to travel.
Lawlessness + liberalism = HELL - NYC, Detroit, Chicago,
Seattle, LA Who the H runs those cities.

I understand that the WOO is a business.
Businesses don't make money if they give their product away.
The race teams are their product.
Letting teams that have signed contracts run outside their sactioned races is giving their product away.
If the race teams don't like being considered a product then the answer is simple. Don't sign the contract.
Might not seem fair to some (who ever said life is fair) but why should a track pay a sactioning fee if you can get the product for free.

This is all hogwash. Let whatever teams want to run the series on Tuesdays run. It will NOT hurt the Woo series. Unlike if you were racing on a weekend. WRG needs to drop this ridiculous rule.

Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

You would have tracks piggybacking off the outlaws and scheduling mid-week shows whenever the outlaws are near.

Other than the 12 races on Tuesdays that pay a lot. They would be the only mid-week shows some of the outlaws would want to run. A long with the million dollar to win show. NONE of those shows hurt the WRG . They need to get rid of that STUPID rule!

Their series, Their rules. If they don't like the rules don't be a platinum member and run what you want. Good grief they act like they are held at gunpoint to be a platinum member.

Exactly. I don't care if they run any of the High Limit races there's enough talent to support it and more $$ for teams that may not run any series. Who ever said the Outlaws have to run every high dollar race anyway. If they all showed up it would be just another outlaw show.

They should have the option WITHOUT any penalty. Cause they are getting penalized if they run more than 4. I NEVER said they need to run them all. I said WRG has a very STUPID rule.
It would not be an outlaw show if the outlaws showed up. It would be more of the best drivers at the track putting on a great show!

The only rule is if you want the platinum benefits you can only run 4 if not run the whole tour and anything else you want. It's a business and they do whatever they want. Capitalism right?

You let one of the top guys drop off tour and start running a true outlaw schedule and you watch how many teams will take notice. Marks is based close to where he can race on a Friday / Saturday and bring home 8 to 10K. My opinion, the wrg needs to up there purses and run 2 day shows 4x a month. Quit having teams chase there tails all over the country. Knoxville has there nationals, eldora has the kings royal and they should make the grove a 4 day deal. Pay the racers. 9 months, February to October, 50 good paying shows a year.

Seems like the WoO is in decline, which is too bad, but there is just so much good winged sprint car racing in other series, WoO doesn't have what it takes to be relevant

Another series competing for sprint car fan's money and time is going to have an impact on the WoO brand value. How much time will tell but there is no way in hell that Hi Limit is not a potential threat to the Outlaws. And that explains the four race limit. As long as WoO has the deep pocket it can do that.
Within hearing distance of Tri City Speedway

For me long live the WoO! Been around for many years and truly is the greatest show on dirt imo! They have always found a way to stay on top and I believe they will again!

This is hilarious. More teams traveling than ever, more higher quality teams who can win than ever, more money being paid out than ever, more TV (streaming) exposure than ever which also generates more revenue than ever. Yeah, stick a fork in them lol.

Don't take the messages boards for how the series is doing. From what I could tell the WOO had one of their best years.

Decline ? Not a chance, tracks across this great land would love to get an outlaw show. WRG pushes the limit as it stands, I'd like to see what there making on these shows. That my friends is a closed book, you would think after all the years the woo has been up and down the road it would have leaked out. I can only think of 1 series that has been around longer than the woo sprints, URC sprints. I'm not sure about the all stars.
