CBD products are legal in all 50 states. Not odd at all. It's not THC.

Not exactly. Iowa and Idaho do not allow CBD, unless they changed VERY recently, as SoDak did.
As to the THC, the explosion in availablity of Delta 8 is making that a mute point. And apparently Native Nation Cannabis is selling Delta 8, according to their Facebook page.

Starting July 1, you will be able to go to their store front and purchase THC Products with a Medical Marijuana Card.
Meaning you fill out your form, get your doctor stamp, or show previous medical card from another state and you're ready to go!
