I watched on Dirtvision too. it was good, no way i could go in person.

My main gripe, which is nobody's fault, is that you have to watch what the cameraman decides to focus on. They did a pretty good job, but a few times announcer & cameraman were not in sync. In person , i would have been watching Larson fight thru the field....

plus I like the smell of burning methanol wink

The reason for my comment was that i like to encourage guys our age to get off their duffs! I see too many of us giving up on adventure, exercise, etc. I try to stay active......

Im active enough for someone our age but I gave up driving tired iron 200 miles to Jackson and 300 miles to Knoxville and doing the red-eye home through deer country after hitting 45 races in 2010.  Since then it dropped off every year.  I've got a son-in-law in a rock band I go see and I'll still howl at the Moon a couple times a year.

The neighbor bought a non wing car and I plan on tagging along with them and being a pit gopher sometimes but those are all local shows with a bunch of classes.  I love the PPV because it's one or two classes and top quality racing.  As someone my age I'm sure you agree that we don't have time for junk classes anymore.  We have to go for the best.  wink

I have played electric guitar and have three of them along with a bass and recording studio.  I'm partial to hard rock and nmetal (the only thing I can hear anymore) but this is a funny song.  Thanks.  wink

Yea, I was thinking that you're kind of a "metal head" when i posted. But its a good song

I think it was Duke Ellington (?) who said "there are 2 kinds of music: good & bad"

That said, i'm more into "roots music", blues, country, soul, old rock
