Don't tell Stimely and Swartz.....they will tell you that you can't have a good race when it is fast. Just ask them......
They raved about Port because it finally had water on the track where you could move around and make somes strong moves. Port has a great facility....maybe the preparers will catch up some day.....but I am not counting on it.
They got lucky it rained....if it didn't the track would have been used up before the heats were over.....like every other Saturday night.....boring racing 20 second laps in the feature. Excuse me while I go watch the grass grow......that is lot more exciting than Port when it is hard, black, and dry!

They are not all good anywhere, and I meam anywhere so don't anyone try feed the line they are all good somewhere. I have seen some pretty good races in all track conditions some conditions will give a higher percentage of good ones. My decision last night had more to do with getting up early for work. It might have been a good race even if the guy I don't like had won but I wasn't staying up until midnight on a work night to watch him win. I would never boo anyone who runs a good race and wins as long as they run a clean race. I do not however have to be happy about it. Before anyone goes off about my problem with someone it has to do with being disrespectful to my parents who are both gone now. I will say this Strawser, you have missed some pretty damed good races while throwing your fit.

There are better racing surfaces at other area tracks. Port has the worst racing surface in central PA. When they find the keys to the water truck I will be back until then I will be at Williamsgrove, Lincoln, and Selinsgrove. I like everything about Port except the racing surface.....they get that figured out and then they will have something again. 20 second laps in the feature every Saturday night doesn't thrill me. So no I didn't miss anything!
Eldora next week......I can't wait!
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

Amazing night of racing, and all of it without BStrawser, Imagine that, lmao. They knew exactly what they were doing with the track and nailed it. They had the track sealed and ready for the rain storm that came, and never lost the track. The 410 feature had tons of great racing and the URC feature was outstanding, towards the front. Per ususal, the folks who never run at Port (see Swindell/Bayston) raved about it, in person and on social media. Well done Port, see you Saturday, a Strawser free Saturday. AMEN

Compliments to Port for Wednesday's track. They did a great job prepping for the rain and not losing the track. I thank you port for doing what had to be done. But that's what they did...they did what they had to do with the weather forecast of showers. I agree with bstrawser tho...if not for the rain I doubt the track would have been as good as it was at feature. The norm lately at port is a dry used up track by feature time. Let's see what happens Saturday night. If there is no rain, what kind of track will we get?
