"Very thankful to not be burnt, have a broken leg, or have a major concussion. Allowed me to race again Saturday night and be competitive. Unfortunately I just got beat by a better car and driver Saturday." -Danny Dietrich, who finished 2nd.

Hate to ruin a good conspiracy theory but I was pitted next to Fred's son. His front end was completely full of mud from radiator forward. Doubt he could steer it.
BRR, thanks for busting my balls (I'm assuming i'm T-Bag), it's been a while! Your comment actually made me laugh out loud!
What a great event and a great race. This debate actually prioves the passion that the PA fans have for Sprint Car Racing.

Wait a second here, did Fred Rahmer recently buy a crystal ball? You guys are acting like without the caution Stevie would definitely lose, how do you know? You also assume the restart had a 100% chance of saving the win for Stevie, how do you know? I have been around racing for a while and the last thing any driver leading a race wants is a late race caution, especially if the cars behind him are faster, a restart makes you a sitting duck not the automatic winner!
Altman just shut up, you don't know shit about shit, never did never will. Why in the hell would any track conspire with any owner or driver to help them win? What could the track possibly gain? You don't like Lincoln because they won't let your silly ass set up your table to give out info on your nonexistent "fan club", you could care less about the racing on the track, your worried about the bathrooms and music on the Pa system. So please take your biased opinions elsewhere.
Lincoln is as good as it gets in Pennsylvania, thankfully many other Pa tracks have made improvements and are now on par with Lincoln. Not better than Lincoln but on the same level. You forget that a few short years ago Port was among the worst facilities in the country, both the track and facilities. Same with Susky, it couldn't get any worse without closing the place. So good on them for making improvements. Lincoln is already in good shape, no one is falling through the broken bleachers and the wall on the front stretch is not crumbling onto the 20 year old clay on the track. And to repeat what someone said earlier, if there is foul play or cheating or conspiring going on at Lincoln don't you think the DRIVERS AND CAR OWNERS would be saying somthing not Igor68, the butt hurt fan who's mad his driver didn't win so he made up some BS and put it on a fan forum, use your heads people !

Hey Ignore69 have you ever driven a car that is packed with mud like this or with a wheel packed full of mud? It's a Bitch! With mud packing full where the tierod it doesnt let the tierod move forward or back when th combo arm is trying to turn. When on the throttle with the front end of the car picked up it would be a real bitch to steer the car... pushing the car in to the pits the front of the car is going to be dropped down giving a little bit more movement in the tierod giving some steering back.
Did Stevie shit in your wheaties, or are you just pissed that a guy that lists his home town as Broken Arrow, Oklahoma keeps beating guys from PA?

It also proves how stupid, arrogant, simple minded and ignorant some of the people who attend races in PA (I refuse to call them fans because they aren't) are when someone busts your balls. You've always been a great asset to this sport. A great driver and an awesome guy for fans to come and meet after the races. I met you many years ago and shot the shit for a few minutes in the pits and the Grove and as far as I'm concerned, anyone who has anything less than the utmost respect for you and resorts to calling you stupid ass names like "T-Bag" is not a sprint car fan. Thanks for coming in and racing Terry. I opted to go to Eldora but I always like when teams from other parts of the country come in and give us fans the pleasure of watching them race. Hopefully you'll return again soon as well as TK, Balog, McFadden and all the others who came in this past weekend. The fans from Pa who actually have enough intelligence to appreciate talent regardless of where that talent lives appreciate seeing you race.

Post of the year right there. Couldn't have nailed it any harder than that. Especially on Altman. He's had a stiffy for Lincoln ever since they wouldn't let him set up his table and pretend to have a fan club. He's never done a damn thing around here other than talking shit about tracks he doesn't like and throwing out a few cheap freebies every other year.

Given the fact that an actual driver.....a future Hall of Fame driver and one of the best there is anywhere chimed in and set the record straight in a detailed and articulate manner with factual information based on his very own experiences couldn't change your simple mind, I'd say it's hopeless and everyone should just quit arguing with you because they'd be far better off going out in the woods and finding a dead stump to talk to. That would be a much more productive conversation.

There is no debate, if you are so worried about what happened to Jr's car why don't you email the Rahmers? Nah just get on here and make a bunch of silly accusations about somthing you know nothing about. There are a million reasons he could have stopped, if you knew what you were talking about you wouldn't be spewing this BS.
Mud can collect in wheels and cause balance issues that make the car nearly impossible to steer or drive, fuel lines come off, brakes fail, the list goes on and on. But since you have no clue you automatically assume the fix is on.
You are giving Fred Rahmer a lot of credit here. This guy is soooooo good that he orchestrated the whole race. He knew Stevie would get passed so he signaled his son to stop on the track to bring out the caution because Fred used his crystal ball and saw Stevie win the race on a restart. Give me a break, 90% or today's passes are made on the restart but Fred knew this time it would give Stevie the win. Oh I almost forgot, Fred also paid off the all the track employees and Kasey Kahne and James McFadden. I heard Fred paid James McFadden an extra $1000 to take out any cars that were faster than Stevie. It cost Fred $250,000 to win $20,000, makes sense to me.

Except you are the only one who thinks it's sketchy, well you and any other "fan" who didn't get to see his favorite driver win and is so upset he feels the need to vent on social media, but hey you made your point and said you were done 3 times but u can't let go, we get it, just change reality to suit yourself, it's all good, please tell us your done with this one more time and that it's sketchy, please.

It didn't ruin the race, only you think it was ruined. You won't listen. You are making accusations about cheating when you have no idea why he stopped his car. Then a driver, Terry McCarl, replies and says his car was muddy and may have been hard to steer and you laugh and bust his balls. Fred jr stopped on the track, none of us knows why unless you asked him, so maybe in the future don't call people cheaters until you have the whole story. Starting a debate with half the info just makes you sound stupid

Now your blaming me for your inability to stop arguing about this. I know you know nothing about these cars simply because your having this argument. If you knew about theses cars you would understand that he may have stopped for a million reasons that have nothing to do with Stevie. The fact that you believe that caution sealed the win for Stevie is pretty good evidence that you don't know much about Sprint cars. The fact that your getting all bent out of shape over it proves you are probably a little kid repeating what he heard his Dad and friends talking about. Unlike you I'm done with this, you proved me right again and again. It's OK if you believe the cheat or fix was on at the dirt classic, I'm trying to help you stop embarrassing yourself, have a good one, hope your guy wins this week so we won't have to read another conspiracy theory. Peace

Ok so let me get this straight. People who simply watched the race would be able to obtain enough information simply through observation to come to the correct conclusion but a multi time Knoxville Raceway champion who has driven a sprint car in hundreds of races at god knows how many tracks and won more races than most people do over the better part of 3 decades who was there and witnessed the incident that you questioned, then even went so far as to post a damn picture of it doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. I'm sure you're the same guy would go ask a figure skater to teach you how to throw a perfect curveball too as long as they were there to watch some baseball games and see other people do it.......

You'd have to be living in a state of denial if you don't think it's possible or even likely that a driver might purposely bring out a caution to give a teamate a chance to win 20G, especially when the team is own by the drivers father. However, I don't think it's against any rule and there's no way to prove anything even if there was such a rule. It's just 1 of the perks of putting 3 cars on the track I'd say. He still had to pass Danny for the win.

Hillery Clinton is looking for writers if you idiots dont have anything better to do than start trouble. Trashing a man that brings 3 race cars to the track with regularity. You probobly cant count to 3. A 20 year old that works harder walking to the garage in the morning than you do all week. Just what he wants to do, bust his ass all week to pull off "TEAM ORDERS". This isnt Formula 1.
