even a front row ho like you can't point out the obvious without first figuring out what it is...can you?

Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD

Mr Rear fails to mention a few things:
1) the flight system exists for exactly the reason shown last night, the track tends to slow as the night goes on
2) Most of the top Posse drew low numbers and went out early. Those that didn't, including Mr Monteith (who curiously has not been mentioned) timed less successfully
3) Schatz has sucked at qualifying this whole year, so it's not surprising that he struggled at Lincoln. I myself said in another post that timing 20th in the midwest would likely be 30th in PA, and that's about where he would have ended up
4) The top 20 in times over the 2 flights were made up of 10 Posse, 8 Outlaws and 2 outsiders (Stark and Shaffer). For whatever reason, Mr Rear discounts the 2nd flight, but those are the facts
I'm reminded of an old Ronald Reagan quote when I read Mr Rear and others post about the Posse and I'll paraphrase:
"It isnt so much that Posse fans are ignorant. It's just that they know so many things that aren't so"

living proof there are several ways to say "once the track slowed down...the outlaws looked fast"...
I guess all the locals stay home with the Outlaws pound the Kville regulars...um...or maybe they just "take it easy" on the circus?
rut roh...there appears to be 45 cars in the results from last year...

Seems as though you're saying the Outlaws dominated, which definitely wasn't the case..Only 2 outlaws (three if you count Sammy) were in the Dash, other five were Knoxville drivers.
Six outlaws and four locals in the top ten at the time they finished, @ 2:30 am in the fog. Henderson was around Schatz several times for the lead. So if you're saying Knoxville got it's ass kicked last year at the WOO show, you're crazy. Also, Saldana and Pittman getting their qualifying times back out of the B was a huge boost to that.

Please do not confuse this man with the actual facts, he has been denying them for almost 20 years in this forum, why change now. He much prefers to tell stories and make up stuff, that's his specialty. What's the weather like for tonite anyway, lol?

I too was confused at this example. I thought they looked competitive that night.
I hate to say it but there probably has been worse nights for the Knoxville Regs vs the Outlaws.
Its fun for us all to cheer against the outlaws when racing the locals but at the end of the day they are what makes these shows fun. Some years you get the best of them and many many others you get kicked. Yes PA is talented in the 410 class but the midwest has more talent than ever right now and it continues to get better with each year. Enjoy it!
