I am planning my first visit to the Salina (OK) Highbanks for the WoO show on Friday. Will anyone be camping? I was thinking of buying GA ticket, where is a good place to sit? I assume the place will be packed.

I will be there. That track is bad fast and is a good time. I would try to get as close to the top as possible. The reserve tickets take most of the top away but you can squeese in somewhere. Once you are half way down you are able even with the cars. That is my preference anyway.

Yes, as typical at most tracks, get as high as possible. If I remember correctly, some folks brought their lawn chairs and sat behind regular seating. Became cumbersome, congested. Nice facilty, good rest rooms, concessions. Good seating, great track, had a tractor tram to give you a ride up to the top of the hill for spectator seating. Would love to see the WoO at this high-banked track. We stayed in Pryor, OK at motel near the Dennys. Only place for a late meal that we could find. Be a good race, wish I could be there.
