Park City, Kansas – April 24, 2019 - Fresh off his victory this past Saturday night, Marysville, Kansas driver Dusty Leonard will lead the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Mel Hambleton Ford Racing crate late model division to the famed half-mile dirt oval known as the Kansas State Fairgrounds this Saturday night (April 27) in Hutchinson.
Leonard out ran veteran Delbert Smith for his third-career series victory at 81 Speedway and will look to make it two victories in a row.
Joining Smith as touring regulars expected to make the trip include Brandon Givens, Adam Popp, Daniel Smith, Chris Kratzer, Dustin Bolster, Corey Dumpert, Robert Shepard as well as rookies Travis Johnson, Ross McCartney, Tyler Frye, Gary Kilbourn and four-time and defending series mod lite champion Justin Kinderknecht.
Also expected include Enid, Oklahoma drivers Kip Hughes and former Hutchinson Grand Nationals late model champion Damian Patocka.
Gates will open at 4:00 PM with race action set for a 7:00 PM start time.
Grandstand admission is just $20 for adults while kids eleven and under will be admitted into the grandstands for free. All pit passes are $35.
You can get advance tickets and save $2 per ticket at the Hutchinson O’Reilly Auto Parts store under the name of “Salt City Assault.”
Also on the racing card is the series modified and sprint car divisions.
